The role of the Retail Environment Design Team is to define a memorable and exciting “3 dimensional Brand Experience” which reflects the image of the Brand. This implies providing a specific architectural direction for the Swatch stores and our activities at different events. It includes as well the design development of furniture and fittings for all types of Swatch POS together with the development of displays and strategies for the presentation of our products within these environments and according to communication strategies defined by the Advertising Team.

Our Team coordinates all Retail Design set-ups in our stores worldwide. As a Retail Design Manager you have an eye for the unusual and you bring ideas adapted to trends and fashion for our Swatch Stores Worldwide. You support and lead projects in collaborations with the Head of and the different involved departments of our company.

Qualifications, experience, computing skills, personality and languages required for the position:

- Set-up and adaptations of new Retail Design guidelines according to newly developed Store/Shop-In-Shop/ Kiosk concepts.
- Provide guidance and explanation of the Retail Design concepts and their implementation principles when needed, as well as propose alternative solutions when strict implementations are not possible.
- Follow-up and coordination of new Design development projects with external designers as well with suppliers and the Procurement department for the production of prototypes.
- Management of schedule and deadlines.
- Organize/ acquire/ create as needed, all documents/ drawings/ descriptions related to any new design developments for internal & external purposes.
- Design direction and constructive development for In-house developed Designs.
Partial responsibility of the exhibition set-up for the annual Kick-off meetings (project development, organisation, coordination, decoration on site, etc.)
Project lead on the design and implementation of other Swatch events. (Baselworld, main international launch events, sponsor events)
Control and insure the respect of Retail Design guidelines when visiting markets.
Languages: Bilingual: French/English with good knowledge of German or Bilingual: German/French with good knowledge of English – other languages are an asset.

This role will ensure that all Swatch E-Commerce activities for the local market in the Netherlands are well coordinated and supported across all relevant functions. Its aim is to support the on-going development of this channel in an efficient, cost-effective, secure, and service-orientated manner.

 You are responsible for the customer contact and support:
o Manage all inbound e-commerce enquiries by e-mail, telephone and post.
o Pre-sales, transactional and post-sale enquiries.
o Direct specific enquiries to the relevant team.
o Management responses and communication.

 You are responsible for managing the back office and order process:
o Manage relationships with external supplies in respect of e-commerce transactional processes including credit card authorizations.
o Define, document, and revise current processes where appropriate.
o Perform manual checks on pending orders and release those meeting security criteria.
o Develop automated processes where possible.
o Liaison with IT, Finance and other teams to ensure accurate and timely capture of relevant financial and transactional data.

 You are responsible for the support and initiation of on-going site promotion:
o Work closely with the marketing team, support and initiate traffic driven online campaigns.
o Liaison with web team in Switzerland regarding product display, site layout and copy.
o Local adaptation of layouts in line with agreed guidelines and permissions from HQ.

• A Bachelor degree in Marketing or Sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the E-commerce field.

This is a mixed role that requires technical know-how and discipline with superlative customer service skills and a positive pro-active attitude.

E-commerce:
• Understanding of the digital shopping process (Search-basket-checkout-orders delivery).
• Understanding of the “customer’s shopping experience”.
• Understanding of the back office management with all the payment process through a PSP (Payment service provider) and an acquirer.
• Global knowledge and understanding of digital marketing activities.
• Knowledge of web analytics.

Technical:
• Ability to perform basic functions using SAP.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales processing.
• Knowledge of all MS Office programs.
• Some knowledge in html.

Customer Service:
• Ability to manage cases from inception to completion.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communications.
• Fluently speak and write in Dutch and English, understanding of French is a plus.

Attitude:
• Flexible and open approach, able to take on tasks as required.
• Collaborative: able to build relationships with other teams and departments.

You are responsible to handle and manage projects in cooperation with the responsible of Marketing and Project Leaders.

Your main tasks are the following:
- Manager of the club team (3 people) and external Swatch Club data warehouse-, service- and fulfilment center.
- Actively participate to the development and implementation of the global strategy for the Swatch Club International.
- Briefing and follow-up communication and creative direction of all club related products, communications and marketing activities (SwatchTV in collaboration with Internet Department, Club special and limited watches incl. special packaging, customer merchandising, loyalty program, online communities, Club events worldwide as well as multimedia production strategy)
- Direction and worldwide coordination for the Swatch Club activities diffusion and implementation (relation with the various market responsible as well as internal all HQ departments, country support for events, ticketing, loyalty program or club related products or actions)
- Responsible for worldwide development of Swatch 'Costumers and fan community' in collaboration with social media platforms
- Responsible for the CRM development within the Swatch community and for Swatch fans, members VIPs and collectors direct marketing with Project Leader Loyalty
- Responsible for the business plan, marketing mix and management of the Club dept. cost-center.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with Club related suppliers, agencies, and partners.
- Events planning, collaboration with the organisation and realisation of Club events
- Budget, Financial Control, Payments

The successful applicant has excellent experience in project management, special affinity in cross linking and is able to grasp information and turn them into opportunities. The person is independent, proactive, flexible and adaptable (team-player) and has entrepreneurial spirit.
This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with different people, internally and/or externally.

职业要求

We are searching for a person who has a Bachelor in Business Administration or a higher Marketing degree, with 5 years’ experience in a similar position. The person brings very good communications skills and is fluent in English, German, and/or French every additional language like as Italian or Spanish is a plus.
