    Für den neuen Swatch Flagship Store in Interlaken suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n motivierte/n und engagierte/n

    ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER 100% (m/w)

    Ihre Aufgaben:
    • Sicherstellen der gesamten Organisation des Stores zusammen mit dem Store Manager
    • Führung des Verkaufsteams (ca. 20 MA) zusammen mit dem Store Manager (inkl. Einsatzplanung)
    • Vertretung des Store Managers bei dessen Abwesenheit in allen Belangen
    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch Uhren, Bijoux und Flik Flak)
    • Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation
    • Kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien
    • Erscheinungsbild des Geschäftes und der ausgestellten Waren gewährleisten (Schaufenster, Mobiliar und Verkaufstische)
    • Lieferungen entgegennehmen, aus- und einpacken
    • Kassenbedienung und –abrechnung
    • Diverse administrative Arbeiten
    Your Profile
    • Sie verfügen über mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Assistant Store Manager/Stv. Geschäftsführer/in im Detailhandel, vorzugsweise im Bereich Uhren und Schmuck oder im Accessoire Bereich
    • Ausbildung zum Verkäufer/in im Detailhandel oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
    • Die flexible Gestaltung der Arbeitszeit sagt Ihnen zu (Wochenendarbeit)
    • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von grossem Vorteil
    Professional Requirement
    Sie haben bereits in Touristenorten wie Interlaken, St. Moritz oder Luzern gearbeitet und sind sich gewohnt mit den verschiedensten Leuten aus aller Welt zu interagieren.
    Language Skills
    • Englisch Sprachkenntnisse (1): hervorragend
    • Deutsch Sprachkenntnisse (2): Muttersprache

    In order to reinforce the Swatch Group Lab team in Zürich, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently recruiting for a

    PRODUCT DESIGNER (F/M)
    6 months contract

    The Product Designer has an eye for the unusual and brings ideas adapted to trends and fashion for our new Watch product lines and collections. He or she supports and leads projects in collaboration with the Creative Director and all involved parties such as Product Development, Marketing, Straps Development and the factory.
    Typical activities include:
    • Research new trends, analyze the market to detect opportunities and novelties in terms of shapes, materials, new technologies or processes
    • Conceptualize and propose design elements such as shapes, color tone and size
    • Prepare artworks of selected designs and ensure that all involved parties get the information they need for the development
    • Exchange information and ensure a very good communication with the Product and Design Team.
    • Coordinate prototyping with the concerned partners
    • Adapt product elements according to feedback from the Product Development team
    • On request, create presentations and boards to present trends, new products and product strategy to the management
    Your Profile
    We are looking for a highly creative, business driven and flexible teamplayer with an original mindset, open to new and innovative trends and ideas.
    Professional Requirement
    You have a creative background and high affinity to the last trends of fashion, and have experience with 2d design tools. Skilled organizer, planer and solution finder, you are able to work independently and evolve in a fast moving, ever changing environment. Your good interpersonal skills allow you to negotiate and coordinate successfully with all kinds of stakeholders.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Good command of French, German and/or Italian would be a plus.

    In order to reinforce the Retail Development Team at its Headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, Swatch is currently recruiting for a

    STORE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LEADER (F/M)

    Working as Retail Architect, you are responsible to implement and to realize Swatch stores and point of sales internationally. You manage all aspects of the store design process, from design inception and construction management until completion of the projects.

    Typical activities will include:

    • Project layout
    • Coordination with clients and our subsidiaries in the countries
    • Budget evaluation
    • Support of our supply chain team
    • Financial monitoring

    Time scheduling as well as quality management are basic parts of your daily activity in order to meet our Retail Environment Design guidelines.

    In this position you will work closely with all external parties including contractors, consultants and suppliers as well as internal departments here in Switzerland and
    Your Profile
    You have a degree in Architecture/Interior Design and min. 5 years of experience in Retail, with strong project management competencies. Flexible and motivated, you can plan, deal, delegate and organize and have a talent for coordination.
    Professional Requirement
    Your strong awareness of the financial aspects of an architectural project as well as your development skills allow you to manage projects independently from A to Z. You are a very good communicator and team player and have the eye for details.

    You are fluent in English and French or German, knowledge of Arabic would be a plus.
