In Ihrer Funktion unterstützen Sie die Store Manager in allen Belangen und stellen eine gute Kommunikation zwischen Stores und Zentrale sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verfolgen der Budgets und Umsatztentwicklung für jeden POS zusammen mit dem Store Manager
• Regelmässige Store-Checks (60%/80% von der Arbeitszeit auf dem Markt)
• Umsetzung und Kontrolle aller internen Richtlinien
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR bei Rekrutierung und Teilnahme an diversen Gesprächen mit Store Manager und Sales Staff
• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung der grundlegenden Verkaufstechniken, Produktkenntnissen, Visual Merchandising
• On-going Coaching des Sales Staffs

Your Profile

Sie sind eine dynamische, proaktive und offene Person und haben die Ausbildung zum Detailhandelsangestellten erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Erfahrung im Store Management im Fashion-Bereich und zeichnen sich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.

Sie sind zweisprachig (Deutsch und Italienisch) und bringen ebenfalls gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Sie kennen alle MS-Office-Anwendungen und diverse Kassa-Systeme.

You are coming from an International Retail company or have significant HR experience ideally within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment. This is an autonomous role that will require the skills of a commercial HR Generalist to work closely and give support to the Management board on all aspects of people management, which reflects the Board’s strategic goals.

In this key position, you can drive cultural change and engage effectively with senior managers and it is important to work closely together with your team actively in the daily business.

Your main responsibilities and tasks include:

• Guide and manage the HR team (supervision of 6 employees) integrated in an international matrix organization
• Human Resources Management and administration of related issues for 400 employees
• Main contact and support for VP’s, Heads of departments and Senior Managers in all Human Resources Management matters
• Support organizational changes by leading change management processes
• Responsible for the creation and optimization of HR processes and tools within the international structure, in line with the Swatch Group HR strategy and policies
• Financial management: ensure the salary and bonus review process, preparation of the annual department’s budget and global Indirect Cost Salaries budget
• Assist Heads of department in managing conflicts, warnings, dismissals, etc.
• Personnel development: measure the performance and initiate changes/ development, identify, develop and retain talent within the organization through effective career development and training
• Assist with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
• negotiation of contracts
• Establishment of monthly statistics and reporting
• Lead and implement different Human Resources Management projects

Your Profile

In this autonomous role with high responsibilities, your time management, attention to detail and organizational skills will be called upon. Coming from a Retail environment and with an international background, you bring an Economics degree (MBA or equivalent) and a minimum of 8 years of HR management experience, with leadership responsibilities and exposure in a multi-cultural, fast growing and demanding environment.

Professional Requirement

In liaising directly with internal and external parties, your excellent intercultural communication skills will help you perform on a daily basis. As a flexible person you can adapt yourself very quickly in to different situations. You are an open minded person and are fluent in English, German and French.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING PROJECT LEADER (F/M)

The primary responsibility of a visual merchandiser is to create an enjoyable, easy shopping experience for the customer. The presentation of the watches is changed regularly and themes can be dictated by a number of factors, including: the seasons of the year, notable events in the calendar (such as Valentine's Day or Christmas) or current fashions and trends.

You are responsible for providing guidance to the markets by creating guidelines and training the markets to follow our rules and develop the spirit of SWATCH across the world. You visit the various international markets to review / assess situations and specificities for product display strategies.

Typical activities include:
- Visual Merchandising Training for managers,
merchandisers and sales teams and be the answering partner to local markets

- Overview the creation of templates for guidelines
- Overview quality control of Visual Merchandising implementation in key markets
- Actively support set-up and delivery of exhibitions for corporate meetings and/or international events

Assistant HR payroll & administration (100%)

Job Description

In order to reinforce the Human Resources team at its Headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently recruiting for an "Assistant HR payroll & administration (100%)".

In this position, you will focus on general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the other members of the HR team for operational needs. Collaborative team player, you will also act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and provide services to employees and management in a process driven manner with the highest levels of integrity and accuracy.

Your Profile

Your main responsibilities and tasks include:

• Prepare HR documentation like contracts, contract amendments and work certificates in F/G/E
• Up-date personnel folders and maintain employee files, electronic and paper with accuracy
• Look after new employees and handle new hire administration tasks like on-boarding preparation and welcome package
• Enter department changes, title changes, status changes and manager changes into our HR workflow system
• Enter absences into timekeeping systems, assure control of holidays and manage sickness and absence database, reports and statistics
• Assure contacts with the temporary agencies (send time reports, control of invoices)
• Assist the Payroll specialist in the monthly payroll preparation: enter new joiners, leavers, and any other changes needed to the payroll
• Administration of pensions, benefits and healthcare matters, including liaison with the social insurances
• Work with local tax authorities to resolve any clarifications or questions
• Assist Finance with the completion of monthly payroll reports
• Maintain HR documents updated on SharePoint
• Draft of internal communications

Professional Requirement

You must have excellent communication skills, strong motivational abilities and a keen eye for details. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently as well as in a team and is used to communicate with various levels of management.
Self-motivated and able to work well within a fast paced environment with strict deadlines, you bring organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Your level of confidentiality will be exemplary.

We are searching for a person who has a commercial background and the Swiss certificate of HR assistant with 2-3 years experience in a similar position. RETAIL DESIGN PROJECT LEADER (F/M)


The Retail Design Project Leader has an eye for the unusual and brings ideas adapted to trends and fashion for our Swatch Stores Worldwide. He or she supports and leads projects in collaboration with the Head of and the different involved departments of our company.

Typical activities include:
• Set-up and adapt new Retail Design guidelines according to newly developed Store concepts
• Provide guidance to the markets regarding the Retail Design concepts and control the respect of the guidelines when visiting markets
• Follow-up and coordinate new Design development projects with external designers, suppliers and the Procurement department for the production of prototypes
• Create all needed documents related to any new design developments
• Design and implement projects for events (ex. main international launch events, sponsor events)
• Establish the usual documents for each project (Project sheets, Purchase orders etc...)
• Management of schedule and deadlines

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly flexible and motivated teamplayer with acute spatial and visual awareness as well as flair for attractive design solutions. You are well literate in architectural drafting with strong knowledge of construction and furniture production technologies. Thanks to your strong organisational skills you know how to lead a project from start to finish. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, you are able to prioritize in order to maintain deadlines.

Professional Requirement

• Design, Architecture or Interior Architecture degree
• min. 5 years professional experience in a similar position in a retail environment
• Knowledge of Autocad and the usual graphic softwares (Adobe Creative Suite etc.) in addition to the usual office package.
• Bilingual English/French or English/German, every additional language is a great asset.
