Junior Project Leader Online (F/M)
The role of the Online Project Leader is to manage the Website of Swatch and to coordinate all projects as like Swatch TV, Swatch Club etc. in collaboration with the Project Leader within the Marketing department.
In this position you will:
• Coordinate design and concept development as well as material production for the different Swatch websites with internal and external resources
• Coordination of product launches on the Swatch corporate website based on the global launch plans and in collaboration with the Swatch advertising dept.
• Coordinate translations with suppliers; follow up with local marketing teams for quality check of all texts, testing of new sites and applications
• Support local markets in all content management questions, especially creation and integration of material for the local homepages
• Monitor content management and quality check on all local versions of the corporate site swatch.com
• Work independently on the planning, creation, implementation of e-mail campaigns / newsletters based on global marketing and launch plans
• Monitor, analyse and create reporting of the e-mail campaigns
Your Profile
• Good knowledge of computer applications MS Office, Photoshop etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally
• Team player with good human relationship skills
• Creative and with affinity to trends of fashion and communication
• Flexible & motivated, capable of working in a fast moving & ever changing environment
• Languages: Bilingual: French/German with very good knowledge of English
Professional Requirement
• Academic degree in Marketing, Communication or Media studies and 2-3 years of work experience in digital media
• Good knowledge and experience with integrated marketing and internet technologies, basic knowledge in programming languages such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript is a plus
• Good knowledge in the different fields of online marketing such as online ad campaigns, social media, e-mail marketing etc.
• Experience in project management
