RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER (F/M)
Job Description
The person brings Retail Operations experiences in an international environment preferable in fashion and/or strong retail oriented companies. Contribute in collaboration with the Head of Retail International as well as SWATCH Brand Managers and Retail Manager in the countries.
Your focus is to support and coordinate the development of the turnover in the SWATCH stores around the world. Reporting to the Head of Retail International the successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:
Your Profile
- Write and update Corporate Store policy and procedure about:
- Key responsibility
- People management
- Operation management
- Store operation
- Sales operation (tips)
- Merchandising procedure
- Key performance indication standardization
- Survey Mystery shopping program and follow up with local Brand Manager and Retail Operation
Manager
- Establish training guideline & training procedure
- Set up and maintain E-learning training platform
- Manage, train and coordinate a train the trainer team
- Set up Retail figures statistic and base to monitor retail planning in collaboration with Sales
- Work on a project of loyalty program and fidelity card
- Market request analysis and implementation if accepted and positive for worldwide development
- Make sure time to market is happening in time uniform/merchandising implementation, shopping bags stock, gift box stock, gants to clean watches, trays, etc
- Establish best practice platform
- Establish E-merchandising platform in collaboration with Sales planning
Professional Requirement
We are searching for pragmatic, hands on person with attention to detail that brings strong organisational and communicational skills. A person with team spirit who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and the person is also willing to travel.
Your Qualification / Experience / Languages: University education or similar formation, 3 to 5 years experiences in Retail Operations and Store environment is mandatory. You are strong in analyses numbers and figures and you are good in consolidating numbers. You have good communication skills. You must be fluent in English and you should be fluent in French and/or German, every additional language can be an asset. Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
