1. These rules govern the Swatch Gold Member contest. By entering, you agree to and accept the rules as well as Swatch Ltd.’s privacy policy, which can be consulted at http://www.swatch.com/zz_en/privacy.html.
2. To enter, you must be a member of Swatch Club International.
3. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to an entrant’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account or street address associated with it.
4. You warrant that the pictures and videos you submit are your own and that they do not infringe any copyrights, trademark rights, personality rights, or laws. Swatch Ltd. disclaims any liability in connection with the submitted pictures and videos, and you agree to indemnify Swatch against any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and costs related to them.
5. Copyrights to the submitted pictures and videos will remain with you. By entering the contest, however, you grant Swatch Ltd., free of charge, a revocable, worldwide, and perpetual right to publish your pictures and videos on this website.
6. By entering, you entitle Swatch Ltd. to use your personal data for marketing purposes, subject to your right to refuse marketing messages at any time, as well as to publish the data you upload onto this website or otherwise submit.
7. Entrants must be aged 16 or over. Proof of age will be required to claim the prize.
8. Employees of Swatch Ltd. or of any of Swatch Ltd.'s affiliates, as well as any persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible for the contest.
9. The closing date for entries is March 10, 2013, at midnight Central European Time.
10. Out of all eligible entries, five winners will be selected by Swatch Ltd.
11. The winners will win a one year Gold Membership that will turn into a lifetime Pioneer Membership once the one year is up.
12. The winners will be notified by email within 15 days of the closing date, and their names and nationalities may be announced on this website.
13. Any decisions of Swatch Ltd. regarding the contest, including the selection of the winners, are final; no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to any other person.
15. No cash alternative or alternative prizes are available. Swatch Ltd. reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an item of equal value.
16. The winners will bear any taxes or levies due on the prize.
17. Swatch Ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, or corrupted, for technical reasons or otherwise.
18. Swatch Ltd. will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or suffered as a result of not being able to take part in the contest.
19. Late, incomplete, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted. Swatch Ltd. reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, if an entry is eligible.
20. Use of false names or addresses will disqualify entrants from the contest and/or disentitle them from receiving the prize, as will the submission of rude, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate entries.
21. Swatch Ltd. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or becomes otherwise technically impaired.
22. These rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes relating to the rules or the contest must, in the absence of an amicable settlement, be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
23. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
24. The contest is organized and run by Swatch Club International, a division of Swatch Ltd., Jakob Stämpflistrasse 94, 2500 Biel/Bienne 4, Switzerland.

If you do not want your name or nationality to be published on this website in case of winning the prize, please notify Swatch Ltd. within three days of entering the contest by sending an email to club@swatch.com; otherwise, your consent will be deemed to have been given. Furthermore, if you want the data you uploaded or otherwise submitted to be deleted, please send an email to club@swatch.com.
