    Job description

    In order to reinforce the eCommerce team in our headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently looking for a


    eCommerce Project Leader (F/M) 100%


    In this position, you support project leaders in managing the handover of the new platforms and features to the local eCommerce Operations in all steps towards launch including change management around the new platforms and liaising with IS project management equivalents for bug correction.


    Furthermore, you take care of the following tasks:



    • Working closely with the team to help to deliver project documentation, develop project plans and help to ensure smooth project execution

    • Maintains and enhances a satisfactory relationship between the headquarters and markets as a dedicated relay point and centralizing issues.

    • Propose solutions and business flow to enforce eCommerce business worldwide and website new functionalities in collaboration with all involved departments such as: Marketing, IT, Logistics, Sales, Legal & Finance

    • Training, monitoring and supporting local eCommerce team for daily operations

    • Monitoring and constant improvement of the eCommerce platform as sales channel

    • Monitoring and support of local online payment methods and anti-frauds strategies

    • Improve Customer Support tactics: Pre and After sales

    Profile

    To be successful in this position you must be flexible, customer oriented and possess good project management skills coupled with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Team player with good communication and negotiation skills, you are able to work independently and are used to working in fast moving, ever changing international environments.

    Professional requirements


    • Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering degree in information technologies or equivalent

    • Good understanding of eCommerce business and landscape

    • Experience in the management of complex and multinational projects is a plus

    • Very good knowledge in a broad range of online marketing and eCommerce practices

    • Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management applications

    • Good understanding of IT and supply chain related topics

    • Understanding of Information Architecture management for online businesses

    Languages

    Fluent in English, French or any other language would be a plus

    Sa mission principale est de soutenir le Brand Manager Marché Suisse dans ses responsabilités quotidiennes en vue d’assurer la bonne marche des activités sur le marché suisse.


    Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :



    • Assistance générale du Brand Manager (agenda, statistiques, correspondance, voyages, notes de frais)

    • Établissement de rapports mensuels regroupant les chiffres et informations importantes du marché

    • Organisation de diverses réunions et prise de procès-verbaux

    • Coordination de diverses demandes/réclamations clients avec le département du SAV, le Customer Service et les responsables des points de vente

    • Préparation et gestion de divers contrats-clefs en collaboration avec le département Légal (gestion des signatures, adaptations, envois, suivi, classement)

    • Participation à l’organisation de divers évènements externes et internes

    • Soutien à l’ensemble du team, en particulier pour des traductions (DE-FR)

    • Assistance à la vente lors des événements et pour la vente au personnel


    De plus, l’assistant/e du Brand Manager est en charge des ventes B2B pour le marché suisse, comprenant le traitement des demandes, la préparation des offres, les statistiques de vente, l’organisation des envois et le suivi.

    • Verwaltung der Planung und Bestellung von Swatch, Distico und Swatch Retail

    • Einholen und Vergleichen von Offerten bei diversen Lieferanten

    • Verwalten des internen Genehmigungsprozesses

    • Verfolgen von Bestellungen und bestätigen von Produktionslaufzeiten, Lieferterminen und Lieferkosten

    • Anfragen und Eröffnen neuer Lieferanten für den allgemeinen Einkauf

    • Überprüfung und Kontrolle des Wareneingangs

    • Prüfung und Kontrolle der Rechnungen für Swatch, Distico und Swatch Retail

    • Vorbereitung verschiedener Analysen bezüglich Lagerbestand

    Profile

    Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung, haben 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und besitzen gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office und SAP).

    The Product Manager is responsible for the management and development of the SwatchXyou concept reporting to the Team Leader Product Development. Main responsibilities will include:



    • Collect market trends and competitor information relevant for the category

    • Know the demands of the markets and be an ambassador for the customization concept within the company

    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly discover potential for innovation and improve development processes

    • Ensure the timely development of the assigned projects in close collaboration with suppliers/ internal teams

    • Carry out margin analysis and calculate pricing

    • Analyze sales performance and competition and draw the right conclusions

    • Budget responsibility for assigned projects

    • Create and hold product presentations for internal and external stakeholders

    • Control and correct marketing pictures & PR texts

    • Support the Team Leader Product Development in ad-hoc tasks

    Profile

    The main focus of the position is the management of projects around customization. These tasks require a strong competence in project management and networking with peers. The projects include the management of project in close collaboration with the suppliers, local markets and the SWATCH internal departments.


    Besides your fun, positive and over creative personality, you bring 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Commercial school or university degree in Marketing/ Product Management. You are a strong problem-solver, have a flexible mind and ability to negotiate with good interpersonal skills. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you have good understanding in the different fields of product development.

    Computer and project management applications such as MS Office + development database SMARD hold no secrets for you, and you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various internal and external business partners.

    As Digital Content Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading production and providing digital content activations to support Swatch’s digital initiatives. Your daily tasks will include:



    • Coordinate design and concept development as well as material production for the different websites with internal and external resources: briefing, timing and budget management, quality check, approval

    • Localize and customize website content, web graphics and campaign materials (emails, digital media placements, image retouching, site layouts, social media features…) including cross browsers testing and functionality understanding

    • Lead, design and prototype smart, unexpected digital solutions as well as maintain online visual identity

    • Coordinate the product, collection launches updates and all various communication on the websites, based on the global launch plans,

    • Follow up with local marketing teams for digital content quality check of new sites and digital projects,

    • Support local markets in all digital content questions

    • Monitor digital content presence of all local versions of the website

    Profile

    Besides your fun, positive and over creative personality, you bring 3-5 years’ experience in digital content management for international companies, in particular asian markets. You are a strong visual and problem-solver with a passion for all digital things. Your skills are on images curation, visual storytelling, layout, form and color. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you have good understanding in the different fields of online marketing such as online ad campaigns, social media, email marketing, etc.

    Professional requirements

    Your strong knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, as well as Premiere and After Effects would be a strong plus. In addition, you are up to date with all current design technologies and trends and have a good knowledge of UI/UX.
