    Assistant STORE MANAGER 100% (m/w)


    Du repräsentierst Swatch, agierst unternehmerisch und bist für die gesamte Organisation und die verschiedenen Abläufe des Stores mitverantwortlich. Nebst dem täglichen Kundenkontakt führst, förderst und motivierst du das Verkaufsteam und zusammen erreicht ihr die Vorgaben und Ziele.


    Deine Aufgaben:



    • Sicherstellen der gesamten Organisation des Stores zusammen mit dem Store Manager (u.a. mitverantwortlich für den Umsatz des Stores und die Respektierung der durch das Retail Management festgesetzten Verkaufsziele, für die Lagerbewirtschaftung und den Warentransfer der angebotenen Produkte, etc.)

    • Unterstützung, Motivation und Schulung des Verkaufsteams (9 MA)

    • Analyse der Verkaufszahlen

    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch, Bijoux, Sonnenbrillen und Flik Flak)

    • perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    • kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien

    • Bedienung und Abrechnung der Kasse

    • Mithilfe bei diversen administrativen Arbeiten, Reportings, Kommunikation mit der Zentrale und externen Stellen

    Profile


    • Ausbildung im Detailhandel, ev. Detailhandelsspezialist

    • fundierte Verkaufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Uhren/Schmuck oder Accessoires

    • mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

    Deine Aufgaben:



    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch, Bijoux und Flik Flak)

    • Perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    • Kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien

    • Erscheinungsbild des Geschäftes und der ausgestellten Waren gewährleisten (Schaufenster, Mobiliar und Verkaufstische)

    • Lieferungen entgegennehmen, aus- und einpacken

    Profil

     Junior E-Commerce Business Analyst (F/M) 100% - Temporary 6 months


    As part of the eCommerce team, your main tasks will include:



    • Develop and maintain detailed analysis of all activities linked to traffic, performance and sales on the digital sales channels worldwide

    • Participate in the strategic planning process by providing clear and detailed sales reports & forecasts

    • Take ownership, maintain and further develop dashboards for eCommerce Direct Sales, Omni-Channel, Marketplace & Online Marketing

    • Work on further automation & standardization of repetitive reporting tasks

    • Provide seasonality analysis & own eCom sales forecasting

    • Provide ad hoc analysis and deliver insights on sales, merchandise and product sales development to the team and management

    • Use web analytics and other tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations and analyse results of online marketing initiatives

    • Act as advisor and challenger towards markets regarding on-site merchandise optimization and traffic acquisition, share sales trends & best practices between markets

    • Work together and support the project leaders on analysis, insights and co-ordination with markets & agencies


     

    Profile

    To be successful in this position, you demonstrate a strong interest to gain experience in working with different ambiguous data sets and joining them together to create and communicate actionable insights. Strong team player with functional ownership skills, you possess the ability to extract insights from data sets, interpret, visualize and communicate them at different levels in the organization thanks to your excellent inter-cultural communication and negotiation skills. Flexible and motivated, you feel comfortable in fast moving, international environments and are able to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.

    Professional requirements


    • Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field

    • Similar experience in sales/business analysis preferably in the Fashion/Retail industry is a plus

    • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills

    • Excellent analytical skills, experience or strong interest in quantitative data analysis models

    • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

    • Strong Knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau

    • Good knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)

    In order to reinforce the Information Systems Team at our Head Quarters in Biel/Bienne, we are currently searching for a


    IT Digital Services Project Leader 100% (F/M)


    Main tasks will include:



    • Write technical specification for new developments in our digital platform like swatch.com

    • Test and validate the development done by external agencies

    • Manage Digital project like landing page, Campaign, game, etc


    With a deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce in term of Implementation, your main role as Technical Project Leader is to help deliver high-visibility and high traffic on our digital ecosystem. The role requires working closely with all the swatch department as well external partners to help deliver the projects on schedule.


    Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to internal and external project stakeholders. You will have to be able to explain your team's analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. We are looking for a person who can keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily.


     

    Profile

    Very detail-oriented and organized, you are comfortable multi-tasking between multiple projects and have the ability to deal well with pressure. Thanks to your flexibility and your open approach, you are able to take on tasks as required. You have good interpersonal skills, are able to build relationships with other teams and departments and are persuasive and resilient. You possess a strong sense of ownership and take pride in building great products. In addition, you have a strong design sensibility and are passionate about user experience.

    Professional requirements

    In addition to a developer background, you have previous experience with Salesforce Commerce as developer / Project leader. You must have solid technical knowledge of Internet technologies and have worked on web-based applications build with SFCC. Furthermore and are open to new technologies. Proactive and responsible, you are able to communicate effectively with experienced developers and QA resources and work with multiple external teams.


    You bring strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical and planning skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.


     

    Languages

    In addition, you are fluent in English, every additional language such as French or German is an asset. Furthermore, you are in possession of a valid Swiss work permit.

    In this position, you support project leaders in managing the handover of the new platforms and features to the local eCommerce Operations in all steps towards launch including change management around the new platforms and liaising with IS project management equivalents for bug correction.


    Furthermore, you take care of the following tasks:



    • Working closely with the team to help to deliver project documentation, develop project plans and help to ensure smooth project execution

    • Maintains and enhances a satisfactory relationship between the headquarters and markets as a dedicated relay point and centralizing issues.

    • Propose solutions and business flow to enforce eCommerce business worldwide and website new functionalities in collaboration with all involved departments such as: Marketing, IT, Logistics, Sales, Legal & Finance

    • Training, monitoring and supporting local eCommerce team for daily operations

    • Monitoring and constant improvement of the eCommerce platform as sales channel

    • Monitoring and support of local online payment methods and anti-frauds strategies

    • Improve Customer Support tactics: Pre and After sales

    To be successful in this position you must be flexible, customer oriented and possess good project management skills coupled with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.     As Digital Content Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading production and providing digital content activations to support Swatch’s digital initiatives. Your daily tasks will include:





      • Coordinate design and concept development as well as material production for the different websites with internal and external resources: briefing, timing and budget management, quality check, approval

      • Localize and customize website content, web graphics and campaign materials (emails, digital media placements, image retouching, site layouts, social media features…) including cross browsers testing and functionality understanding

      • Lead, design and prototype smart, unexpected digital solutions as well as maintain online visual identity

      • Coordinate the product, collection launches updates and all various communication on the websites, based on the global launch plans,

      • Follow up with local marketing teams for digital content quality check of new sites and digital projects,

      • Support local markets in all digital content questions

      • Monitor digital content presence of all local versions of the website



    Profile

    Besides your fun, positive and over creative personality, you bring 3-5 years’ experience in digital content management for international companies, in particular asian markets. You are a strong visual and problem-solver with a passion for all digital things. Your skills are on images curation, visual storytelling, layout, form and color. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you have good understanding in the different fields of online marketing such as online ad campaigns, social media, email marketing, etc.

    Professional requirements

    Your strong knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, as well as Premiere and After Effects would be a strong plus. In addition, you are up to date with all current design technologies and trends and have a good knowledge of UI/UX.


    Computer and project management applications such as MS Office hold no secrets for you, and you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various internal and external business partners. 


     

    Languages

    You possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English and Chinese-Mandarin (Mandatory), German and/or French.
