You'll have 32 days to complete your purchase at your selected Swatch store by presenting your approved ESTA and a valid photo ID. After that period, your right to purchase will be forfeited.

How does the Electronic Swatch Timepiece Application (ESTA) process work?
You will first need to fill out the Electronic Swatch Timepiece Application (ESTA) by answering several questions. The application form will be available from July 16 at 3:32 pm CEST and must be filled out and submitted by July 21 at 11:59 pm CEST. Only 1969 participants will receive an ESTA approval from Swatch which grants them the right to purchase the MISSION TO THE MOON 1969 model. The selected participants will be chosen by an internal jury from those who answer all questions correctly. Selected participants will receive an email with instructions on how to complete their purchase, including the deadline for collecting and paying for their watch at the Swatch store they indicated when submitting their application.
What is an ESTA (Electronic Swatch Timepiece Application)?
It is the application that fans will have to fill out for a chance to be approved to purchase the limited-edition MISSION TO THE MOON 1969. It is a playful nod to the ESTA application travelers from many countries have to fill out in order to gain entry to the US.
Who can submit an Electronic Swatch Timepiece Application (ESTA)?
The Electronic Swatch Timepiece Application is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the moment the application becomes available, with the exception of Swatch Group employees (and their families) as well as Swatch affiliates, agents and anyone else involved in the process.

If your ESTA is approved, please follow the instructions in the email you received. When picking up your watch at the Swatch store, please bring a valid ID or passport and a copy of your approved ESTA.
Where do I pick up my watch?
You can pick your watch from the Swatch store you selected when submitting your ESTA application. Please bring a valid ID or passport and a copy of your approved ESTA.
Can I change my pickup store?
No, you cannot change the selected Swatch store.
If my ESTA is approved, is my watch reserved?
You will be given a specific time frame to complete your purchase. If you don’t complete your purchase within that time frame, you will lose your right to purchase, and another qualified participant will receive an ESTA approval.
What happens if my application is approved, but I changed my mind?
Nothing. Selected participants will be given a specific time frame to complete their purchase. If they don’t complete their purchase within that time frame, they lose their right to purchase, and another qualified participant will receive an ESTA approval.
Can someone else pick up my watch for me?
No, selected participants will need to come in person to pick up their watch.
