  • How does the “Beach Volleyball” function works?

The Beach Volleyball function must be activated.

The watch must be worn on your active playing hand and some information needs to be given to the watch via the smartphone; if you are right- or left- handed, if you are a pro- or amateur player.

Turn the watch’s Beach Volleyball function ON and check with a quick touch the total number of hits and the power of the last hit. (Note that the step counter stops counting if Beach Volleyball is ON.)

More detailed statistics of all personal achievements are available through the App.

  • Touch Zero One does not count precisely each of my steps, why?

Touch Zero One is equipped with a motion sensor and is based on your stride length (based on your height given when you sign up), but if your arms remain static, the tracker misses the steps.

A second possibility is that function “Beach Volleyball” or “Fan” is activated; in this case the pedometer is de-activated automatically.

  • On the watch (without any application setting) what is the basic average length of a step ?

In the standard settings the step length is set to 0.78m. This is the step length for a person of 1.76m height. With the app it can be adjusted to the individual height.

  • How does calorie tracking work?

The Touch Zero One records calories burned from your activities throughout the day.

This calculation is based on the number of steps made during the day.

The watch displays the total calories you have burned since midnight each day (it is an estimate).

If you feel that this number is inaccurate (too low or too high):

    - make sure you have entered your correct personal data in the App (settings). This information may influence the results.

  • How can I see my progress?

All of your data is viewable through the App (note that you have to sync regularly).

The step counter data are stored in the watch for the last 31 days. On day 32, the information of the oldest day kept in memory is erased.

  • How long does the battery last?

About 8 months, depending on your daily usage. When the battery symbol appears on the watch, your battery is depleted. Make sure to replace the battery as soon as possible because without it you will no longer be able to activate the Bluetooth, “Fan” or “Beach Volleyball” functions.

  • Why does my Bluetooth turn off after a minute?

After 1 min the Bluetooth turns off in order to save the battery of your watch.

  • Is Touch Zero One water resistant? Can I wear it swimming?

Yes, it is a 3 bar tested watch and you can definitely go for a swim. This 3 bar watch resists a (static) water pressure, which corresponds to a water depth of 30 m.

  • Can I pair my Touch Zero One to multiple accounts?

You can only have one watch linked to one Touch Zero One account at a time.

  • Why should I register and create an account online?

Doing so will allow you to back up and recover your data if once you change your smartphone.

  • How do I sync my watch’s data with the Swatch Touch Zero One App?

To sync data from your watch to the App, Bluetooth must be turned on in both the watch and the smartphone.

Simply open the App and the synchronization starts automatically.

  • What should I do if I cannot sync my data with my smartphone?

To ensure successful synchronization of data, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in both devices (watch and smartphone)
