eCommerce Project Leader (F/M) 100%
In this position, you support project leaders in managing the handover of the new platforms and features to the local eCommerce Operations in all steps towards launch including change management around the new platforms and liaising with IS project management equivalents for bug correction.
Furthermore, you take care of the following tasks:
- Working closely with the team to help to deliver project documentation, develop project plans and help to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintains and enhances a satisfactory relationship between the headquarters and markets as a dedicated relay point and centralizing issues.

Profile
To be successful in this position you must be flexible, customer oriented and possess good project management skills coupled with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Professional requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering degree in information technologies or equivalent
- Good understanding of eCommerce business and landscape

Main tasks will include:
- Write technical specification for new developments in our digital platform like swatch.com

With a deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce in term of Implementation, your main role as Technical Project Leader is to help deliver high-visibility and high traffic on our digital ecosystem. The role requires working closely with all the swatch department as well external partners to help deliver the projects on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to internal and external project stakeholders. You will have to be able to explain your team's analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. We are looking for a person who can keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily.

In addition to a developer background, you have previous experience with Salesforce Commerce as developer / Project leader. You must have solid technical knowledge of Internet technologies and have worked on web-based applications build with SFCC. Furthermore and are open to new technologies. Proactive and responsible, you are able to communicate effectively with experienced developers and QA resources and work with multiple external teams.
You bring strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical and planning skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.
