    Job description

    Your role as Retail Trainer Switzerland consists in acting as a Brand Ambassador within our organisation and providing trainings to the Swatch store staff in Switzerland, with the ultimate objective to drive sales.


    Main responsibilities include:



    • Implement the training program defined by Swatch HQ following internal training guidelines

    • Analyse sales data (KPI’s) to define training needs with the Retail team

    • Define training needs and development plan of new employees

    • Analyse the sales results before and after the training and provide reports

    • Prepare a 3 months plan of training sessions according to the priorities

    • Present the new collections and sales arguments during the monthly Store Manager meeting

    • Supervise the implementation of the E-learning platform and support users


    Trainings types include shopfloor training, shopfloor coaching, classroom training and train-the-trainer sessions. You are responsible for Training from A-Z, including planning, organisation, invitations, booking of meeting rooms, ordering training material as well as follow-up/reporting after the sessions. This job includes 50-60% time travelling on the field (Switzerland) and occasional support to other markets (e.g. Austria).

    Thanks to your high proactivity and understanding of our business, you are able to clearly articulate action plans, meet objectives and deadlines, and are also responsible for monitoring results.


    To be successful in this position you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment. You have good PC literacy, especially with MS Office programs and the usual presentation tools as well as good analytical abilities. An understanding of Visual Merchandising topics would be an asset.

    Professional requirements

    In addition to your Retail background and your creative personality, you possess several years’ experience as a Trainer in a Retail environment, ideally in Switzerland. Customer oriented above all, you strive to meet and exceed your audience’s expectations and are able to deliver dynamic and motivating training sessions and transmit our Brand DNA in a positive, inspiring way. Furthermore, you possess excellent organization skills and are able to prioritize and manage your time effectively.

    As Health, Security, Safety and Environment Manager you guarantee a work environment where health & safety, security and environmental conditions are optimal for Swatch HQ and the Swatch Stores.

    H&SSE topics include the coordination of safety equipment, the fire response team, the emergency plan for accidents and illnesses and the coordination of the company's Samaritan team. You ensure that work equipment complies with current laws and does not present any obvious risks and ensure ergonomic work places.

    You are in charge of environmental reporting for the Swatch Group. In terms of security, you are responsible for the management and control of access, coordination of service providers at the security level in conjunction with the General Services for Swatch HQ. You are also responsible for the security of the Swatch Stores.

    You advise management on S&SST activities and ensure the company's compliance with the Swatch Group's S&SST directives and Swiss laws, in particular LAA, LTr, OLAA, OLTr, OPA and CFST 6508.

    More particularly your responsibilities in terms of security are the following :

    • Ensure that Health, Security, Safety and Environmental risk assessments are performed, propose objectives and manage their monitoring
    • Manage internal and external documentation to maintain the H&SSE management system
    • Control safety and security equipment of the building
    • Conduct investigations in case of event
    • Liaise with institutions and authorities for H&SSE, SUVA, BECO, AIB topics

    Profile

    We are looking for a communicative and proactive person who is able to collaborate with all levels of the company.

    COMMUNICATION DESIGNER (F/M) 100%

    As a Communication Designer, you will be part of the Creative Team and responsible for Swatch’s online and offline visual communication. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, while being responsible for creating digital and print artworks, and providing thought-leadership on best design practices and next-generation digital trends. Your daily tasks will include:

    • Create visual concepts for Swatch brand campaigns, launches or events
    • Develop various artworks for all teams inside the Marketing Department
    • Collaborate with Communication Design Team Leader on concept, planning and development of Lifestyle / Still Life content
    • Perform image retouching / editing as well as video editing
    • Coordinate Swatch Corporate Identity
    • Design assets for websites, social media, newsletters and media planning: Static and animated / motion graphics, standard display ads, homepage takeovers, and other assorted online advertising media units
    • Design ready to print artworks such as Press Ads, OOH and POS

    Profile

    Besides your fun, positive and over creative personality, you bring a degree in Visual Communication (Graphic Design / Web Design) and experience in a similar position.     Professional requirements

    Your strong knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) as well as Premiere and After Effects is a must (Knowledge of 3D software highly appreciated). In addition, you are up to date with all current design technologies and trends. You possess strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to creative and innovative artworks.

    Deine Aufgaben:



    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch, Bijoux, Sonnenbrillen und Flik Flak)

    • Perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    • Kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien

    • Erscheinungsbild des Geschäftes und der ausgestellten Waren gewährleisten (Schaufenster, Mobiliar und Verkaufstische)
