    Professional requirements

    You bring a commercial degree with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in Sales, and previous experience in working with Asian markets. With your dynamic personality, you enjoy working with numbers and know how to deal with fast-paced, international environments. Advanced skills in Excel are mandatory.

    Languages

    Job description

    Responsible for Swatch media planning campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Media Planning, you will be working on a wide variety of projects, managing campaigns at HQ level, supporting local markets for local campaigns, and providing best practices on next-generation digital media trends.


    Main tasks will include:



    • Manage the international web media planning campaigns with external web media agencies, starting from the briefings to the implementation and the optimization of the campaigns to the analysis of the final results

    • Support the markets with the definition and the optimization of local media plan and campaigns managed by local web media agencies

    • Manage directly small web campaigns for local markets

    • Coordinate the digital asset development with the Advertising team and the Communication Design team Create the trafficking sheet for web campaigns, by liaising with the eCommerce team and the Advertising team

    You bring strong knowledge of Digital Media Planning, with a particular focus on Social Media and Real Time Bidding campaigns, re-targeting campaigns, web analytics and tracking systems. Very good knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager and the major DSP/DMP, as well as proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is requested.

    The goal is to follow the Swatch training & development program for Retail employees on a global scale and transmit the passion of the brand through trainings to the retail staff. In this position, you will be responsible to lead different projects, working closely with the Retail Operations International Manager on new concepts.


    Your main responsibilities are the following:



    • First point of contact for E-learning

    • Manage new Training design and projects

    • Be responsible for the projects’ budget planification and control 

    • Organize training plans, contact markets and deliver trainings

    • Support in different HQ Projects on new products

    • Coordinate and support the markets for learning activities and trainings

    • Implement MTO in the E-learning and support the Junior Project Leader

    To be successful in this role, you have ideally a Retail background, and previous experience as trainer. Dedicated and passionate, you are a business-oriented person with excellent project management skills, always ready to come up with innovative ideas.


    Team player with good human relationship skills, you are proactive and autonomous but also detail oriented, and are capable of working in a fast moving & ever changing, international environment. Your creativity allows you to find out-of-the-box ideas and achieve goals successfully.

    Professional requirements

    You are a professional with excellent Project Management skills and a good knowledge in the design of training material. In addition you are a computer literate with digital affinity, experience in editing videos and creating online training materials and content. You are familiar with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and possess knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Expert in E-learning course production based on Articulate Storyline, you have also acquire good knowledge of the SCORM format.

    In order to reinforce the Retail Operations International team at our Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a


     Learning & Development Team Leader (F/M) 100%


    In this position your role is to coordinate all Learning & Development activities worldwide, to provide top-notch service to around 3000 employees in about 800 stores. You will be responsible, in collaboration with your team, for the follow-up, implementation and development of the retail training strategy for our retail staff: matrix, modules, contents and all related guidelines and materials, as well as training and support to the trainers of our subsidiaries (approx 24 trainers worldwide).


     Main tasks will include:



    • Lead, coordination and support of the team (4 employees)

    • Implement the established Training Strategy following the business needs in collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager

    • Development of the training concept with new modules, or updating the existing modules, materials and guidelines to the business needs

    • Implementation of training through the Train the Trainers

    • Ensure that trainings are delivered as per HQ requirements

    • Support and maintain permanent contact with HQ Departments and trainers worldwide

    • Assure the correct update and implementation of e-learning worldwide

    • Review of Manuals (SOM)

    • Understand and analyse sales figures and KPI’s

    • Create reportings related to trainings and sales figures

    • Search for new, innovative ways to train and implement it into the Swatch Retail Network

    Profile

    You are a professional with proven project management skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints.


    To be successful in this role you have a strong customer focus, are commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. You are analytical and creative-capable of flexing solutions to changing demands. In addition, you have a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze information from multiple sources and recognize opportunities.


    As a team player with good human relationship skills, you have the ability to coordinate, delegate and to motivate a team. Nevertheless, you are able to work independently with strong initiative. You are proactive and autonomous but at the same time detail oriented. You are used to work in a fast moving & ever changing, international environment.     Professional requirements

    You bring a Bachelor’s Degree including 3 years of experience in the training and development field in a retail multinational company. Moreover, you have experience working across cultures and in a matrixed environment.     In this position, you oversee our company's online sales and digital communication development. You are responsible for coordinating all activities in a transversal way with other departments (Marketing, Retail, Advertising, Social Media, IT…) to manage all aspects of the e-commerce business, including strategy and development, web analytics and web technologies. You are responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging evolution on the Web.


    Your main tasks will include:



    • Overseeing concepts development, strategizing, planning, implementation and coordinating of e-Commerce and digital initiatives.

    • Defining and maintaining creative, operations and communication strategies to support brand’s competitive advantage.

    • Planning and coordinating of the international roll-out of the Swatch e-commerce platform and assist with new business development.

    • Leading and motivating a talented team of multidisciplinary professionals, providing vision, direction and guidance.

    • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners in order to contribute to the efficient operation of Swatch online sales and image.

    • Maintaining a smooth production process, enabling the efficient handling of all the updates and improvements to the site’s functionality and design throughout the year.

    • Playing a key role in the company’s go-to-market process, and maintain a close relationship with all internal departments, representing the digital consumer and ecommerce efforts in the process.

    • Working on driving a multi-channel focus, presenting a unified, customer-centric view of the brand, consistent across the brick-and-mortar and digital spaces, including mobile new devices

    • Taking a strategic view of the digital commerce landscape, keeping current with industry best practices and trends and work closely with internal departments to develop new project using the new technologies

    • Updating departments, senior management and other Swatch Group business units on e-commerce program results through quantitative and qualitative reports and analysis

    • Developing business plans and annual budget of e-commerce functions

    • Identifying new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
