    Für unseren SWATCH Store in Zermatt, suchen wir per Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, engagierte und flexible


    SALES STAFF 20-40% (m/w)


    Deine Aufgaben:



    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch, Bijoux, Sonnenbrillen und Flik Flak)

    • Perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    • Kassenbedienung und –abrechnung

    • Kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien

    • Erscheinungsbild des Geschäftes und der ausgestellten Waren gewährleisten (Schaufenster, Mobiliar und Verkaufstische)

    • Lieferungen entgegennehmen, aus- und einpacken

    Profile

    Verkäufer/in im Detailhandel oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Verkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Uhren/Schmuck, Accessoires oder Lifestyle

    Job description

    Main tasks will include:



    • Planning and coordination of the international website migration of the Swatch e-commerce platforms

    • Handling markets needs and management of the online store’s merchandising, in line with the main collection launches, collaboration and the marketing focuses 

    • Training to the e-commerce local team for the management of the website and online activities

    • Online store’s content optimization and constant improvement of the e-commerce platform functionalities

    • Daily support to the local e-commerce team and challenge on analytics and sales trends

    • Strong communication with internal departments for the follow-up of different projects (Marketing, Swatch Club, Customer Service, Omnichannel, IT)

    • Monitoring and constant improvement of the e-commerce platform operation

    • Track and analyse visitors behaviour on the platforms using Web Analytics

    • Definition and implementation of all necessary business processes in collaboration with all involved departments such as IT, Logistics, Finance.

    • Coordination of e-commerce Front-End operations related tasks with external suppliers

    • Being able to act as a project and digital marketing all-rounder

    Profile

    Team player with excellent human relationship skills, you are able to work independently and show a high level of resilience and flexibility. Capable of working in a fast moving ever-changing environment you have excellent communication and negotiation skills and your motivation is inflexible.

    Professional requirements

    Besides your interest for new digital technologies and developments including a basic understanding of HTML, you bring an academic degree in marketing, Communication or business of fast moving consumer industry solid experience in agencies or several years’ experience in a similar position in a digital/e-commerce agency. In addition to your understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and digital business strategies, you are passionate about digital marketing practices and have a strong insight of the customer centric approach.T


    he successful candidate will also have good MS office, project management applications skills, and be comfortable using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…); experience or certified knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.

    Main tasks will include:



    • Develop brand SEO Strategy across all platforms and Apps and manage SEO tools (technical, content, backlinks and analytics)

    • Master and support all internal departments for SEO compliancy brand guidelines and Search engine algorithm

    • Set, monitor and improve the given goals and objectives

    • Analyse business activities, define KPIs and objectives, give recommendation

    • Drive Website Analytics & Tracking Strategy, ensure legal compliance & data quality thru accurate implementation & continuous optimization of tagging infrastructure

    • Ensure cross departmental communication to ensure optimal tracking and analysis

    • Use web analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations, providing localized insights, benchmarks and measurements

    • Support the company by analysing performance trends, customer journeys and

    • Brands value in line with the given KPI’s and goals

    • Guide users in formulating requirements, analyse results and conducts feasibility studies

    Team player with high flexibility skills, you are motivated and capable of working in a fast moving, ever changing environment.

    Professional requirements

    Besides your good business acumen and strong planning, organizational and project management skills, you bring a bachelor degree in Statistics, economics, Digital Data Management or business with Certified Analytics and Digital Marketing expertise or related fields. You have at least 5 years of experience in a digital environment and can demonstrate a strong expertise in SEO strategy/tactics and acknowledgement of Digital Marketing best practices.


    Your solid understanding of site navigation, use of content management tools and reporting, web analysis SEO and Tag Management is coupled a high business sense and a strategic analytical thinking.

    Languages

    In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English (Mandatory), German and French would be a plus.
