    TIME

time, date, alarm, chrono, timer, Swatch .beat internet time

    ACTIVITY

current activity, % today, kcal, steps

  • What is Swatch .beat time?

Swatch has divided-up the day into 1’000 beats. One Swatch .beat is equivalent to 1 minute 26.4 seconds.

You don’t have to think about time zones anymore. For example you, in New York, make a date for a chat with a cyber- friend in Rome by simply agreeing to meet at 526 Swatch .beat because internet time is the same all over the world.

More information is on our website.

  • How does the “Activity” function works?

This function runs in parallel to all other functions, it must not be switched on.

    - Current Activity: The more active you are, the higher the number (this is a number between 0 and 999).

    - %Today: This is a number based on the % achieved towards your selected goal (choose between 5 predefined values on the App). Check what percentage of it you’ve reached (100% means goal achieved, indicated with a trophy on the watch)

    - Steps: Counts current day’s steps (from 00:01 to 23:59)

    - Kcals: Daily burned calories only based on step counting

Your daily goal (related to the “Activity mode”) is defined by an average activity over 24 hours.

You can choose from a selection of 5 different level of goals from the App.

These are activity-based goals. You can see the progress on the watch with the %Today:

    - Check on your watch how much percent of your daily goal is reached so far: 0.0% means you‘ve done nothing so far, 100% means you‘ve completed your goal (indicated by the trophy symbol.)

FAN HEAT displays your overall performance from:
