    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch Uhren, Bijoux, Sonnenbrillen und Flik Flak Uhren)

    • Perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    Main responsibilities will include:
    • Manage CMS and coordinate any websites rebuilt or optimization project
    • Coordinate design and concept development as well as material production for the different websites with internal and external resources (briefing, timing and budget management, quality check, approval)
    • Coordinate the product and collection launches updates on the websites
    • Integrate various communications on the websites: news, collaborations, press releases…
    • Follow up with local marketing teams for quality check of new sites and applications
    • Support local markets in all content management questions, especially creation and integration of material for the local websites

    Profile

    Job description

    Your role as Retail Trainer Switzerland consists in acting as a Brand Ambassador within our organisation and providing trainings to the Swatch store staff in Switzerland, with the ultimate objective to drive sales.


    Main responsibilities include:



    • Implement the training program defined by Swatch HQ following internal training guidelines

    • Analyse sales data (KPI’s) to define training needs with the Retail team

    • Define training needs and development plan of new employees

    • Analyse the sales results before and after the training and provide reports

    • Prepare a 3 months plan of training sessions according to the priorities

    • Present the new collections and sales arguments during the monthly Store Manager meeting

    • Supervise the implementation of the E-learning platform and support users


    Trainings types include shopfloor training, shopfloor coaching, classroom training and train-the-trainer sessions. You are responsible for Training from A-Z, including planning, organisation, invitations, booking of meeting rooms, ordering training material as well as follow-up/reporting after the sessions. This job includes 50-60% time travelling on the field (Switzerland) and occasional support to other markets (e.g. Austria).

    Thanks to your high proactivity and understanding of our business, you are able to clearly articulate action plans, meet objectives and deadlines, and are also responsible for monitoring results.


    To be successful in this position you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment. You have good PC literacy, especially with MS Office programs and the usual presentation tools as well as good analytical abilities. An understanding of Visual Merchandising topics would be an asset.

    Professional requirements

    In addition to your Retail background and your creative personality, you possess several years’ experience as a Trainer in a Retail environment, ideally in Switzerland. Customer oriented above all, you strive to meet and exceed your audience’s expectations and are able to deliver dynamic and motivating training sessions and transmit our Brand DNA in a positive, inspiring way. Vous possédez un sens de la communication et du contact développé et savez être convaincant, notamment lorsqu'il s'agit de mener des formations. Grâce à votre intérêt et vos connaissances dans le secteur de l’horlogerie, vous avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation et travaillez de manière structurée et orientée services.

    Compétences

    You role is to ensure IT business continuity and support, managing and maintaining technology infrastructure and supporting all Swatch IT (Hardware, Software, Data, Voice, Audio/Video).


     Main responsibilities will include:



    • Act as one of the IT Support representatives for Swatch offices

    • Provide quality support to the day-to-day activities of the end-users

    • Make yourself visible towards the end-user in order to promote the communication between the end-users and IT

    • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the IT infrastructure

    • Responsible for IMAC operation (Install, Move, Add and Change) and monitoring of needed IT tools (i.e. PC, Laptop, VPN, peripheral devices etc.)
