    Job description

    In order to reinforce the Information Systems Team at our Head Quarters in Biel/Bienne, we are currently searching for a

    IT Digital /Ecommerce Project Leader 100% (F/M)

    Main tasks will include:

    • Write technical specification for new developments in our digital platform like

    • Test and validate the development done by external agencies

    • Manage Digital project like landing page, Campaign, game, etc

    With a deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce in term of Implementation, your main role as Technical Project Leader is to help deliver high-visibility and high traffic on our digital ecosystem. The role requires working closely with all the swatch department as well external partners to help deliver the projects on schedule.

    Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to internal and external project stakeholders. You will have to be able to explain your team's analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. We are looking for a person who can keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily.



    Very detail-oriented and organized, you are comfortable multi-tasking between multiple projects and have the ability to deal well with pressure. Thanks to your flexibility and your open approach, you are able to take on tasks as required. You have good interpersonal skills, are able to build relationships with other teams and departments and are persuasive and resilient. You possess a strong sense of ownership and take pride in building great products. In addition, you have a strong design sensibility and are passionate about user experience.

    Professional requirements

    In addition to a developer background, you have previous experience with Salesforce Commerce as developer / Project leader. You must have solid technical knowledge of Internet technologies and have worked on web-based applications build with SFCC. Furthermore and are open to new technologies. Proactive and responsible, you are able to communicate effectively with experienced developers and QA resources and work with multiple external teams.

    You bring strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical and planning skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.



    In addition, you are fluent in English, every additional language such as French or German is an asset. Furthermore, you are in possession of a valid Swiss work permit.
