    In order to reinforce the Retail Environment Design team at its Headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently recruiting for a

    SENIOR RETAIL DESIGNER (F/M)

    The Retail Design Project Leader has an eye for the unusual and brings ideas adapted to trends, innovation and life style for our Swatch Stores Worldwide. You Lead projects from design inception and construction management to delivery completion in collaboration with the Head of Retail Design and the different involved departments of our company.
    Typical activities include:
    • Keep track and share knowledge, strategies and concepts on best Environment Design cases (trends, markets, experience, etc.)
    • Coordinate all phases of Retail Environment Design projects with external designers and suppliers (design, architecture and construction overview)
    • Management of project schedules/deadlines
    • Create all necessary documents related to any new design studies and/or development for internal & external purposes
    • Provide guidance and detailed descriptions of Retail Design concepts and their implementation, as well as propose alternative solutions when needed
    • Set-up and adapt new Retail Design guidelines according to developed concepts
    • Control and insure the respect of Retail Design guidelines when visiting markets
    • Closely collaborate with the Procurement Department for the development of design elements
    • Support the design and implementation of Swatch events (ex. Pop-ups, main international launch events, sponsor events)
    • Deliver and control everyday project documentation (project sheets, purchase orders, time schedules, etc...)
    Your Profile
    We are looking for a highly flexible and motivated team player with acute spatial and visual awareness as well as flair for attractive design solutions. You are well literate in architectural drafting with strong knowledge of construction and furniture production technologies. Thanks to your strong organisational skills you know how to lead a project from start to finish. Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, you are able to prioritize in order to maintain deadlines.
    Professional Requirement
    • Degree in Architecture
    • 5 years’ professional experience, Retail experience is an asset
    • Bilingual English/French or English/German, every additional language is a plus
    • Proficiency in CAD (preferably AutoCAD) and the usual graphic software (Adobe Creative Suite)

    Job Description
    Ihre Aufgaben:
    -Zusammen mit dem Store Manager und dem Assistant Store Manager sind Sie zuständig für die Sicherstellen der gesamten Organisation des Stores und der Führung des Verkaufsteams (ca. 20 MA)

    Your Profile
    -Ausbildung zum Verkäufer/in im Detailhandel oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
    -Sie verfügen über mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Assistent/in oder Stv. Geschäftsführer/in (vorzugsweise im Detailhandel, Bereich Uhren / Accessoires)
    -Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von grossem Vorteil

    IT System Analyst 100% (f/m)

    Job Description
    In order to reinforce the Team at our Headquarters in Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a

    IT SYSTEM ANALYST 100% (F/M)

    In this position, you are responsible for both IT & Business support of the planning solutions implemented at Swatch, mainly based on TXT technologies.
    During project deployment phase (Until 2018)
    • Execute regular data integration validation support
    • Organize and setup the new data integration flows as required
    • Support the organization of the systems operations after go-live
    • Support the entities working with the system in the subsidiaries worldwide
    • Close collaboration with the external partner for data IT related topics
    Operations phase
    • Take responsibility for the lifecycle of the assigned applications (e.g. maintain, update and monitor the existing database on daily basis, application release upgrades etc...)
    • Take responsibility for the ongoing services and change requests for the applications, regularly updating the program as the business evolves
    • Manage the functional and technical applications documentation
    • Elaborate and manage the user training and documentation
    • Troubleshoot all kinds of software/database related issues
    • Work in collaboration with internal departments, Group internal business partners as well as external partners
    Your Profile
    You have full understanding of the logic of the Supply Chain Management System (how each module works, how to configure the parameters to optimize the algorithms/to fine-tune the forecast) and are able to support end users worldwide efficiently.

    You are proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical and planning skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.
    Professional Requirement
    • Excellent MS SQL Server skills: T-SQL (SQL in General), SSIS (Integration Services), SSAS (Analysis Services), stored procedures programming
    • Proven capability to build database structure tables based on data input (3rd party files) and data output (3rd party applications)
    • Applications and/or project management background
    • IT functional and/or technical experience in TXT applications
    • Object oriented programming (.net C#)
    • Advanced Excel skill to effectively validate data & programming logic
    • Good knowledge in forecasting and supply chain management


    In addition, you are fluent in English, every additional language such as French, German or Italian is an asset.

    Furthermore, you are in possession of a valid swiss work permit.

    As member of the sales coordinators pool, you have to ensure the flow of information on a daily basis within the sales team and with the markets worldwide.

    Main tasks will include:

    • Support Territory Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers in their mission
