    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch, Bijoux, Sonnenbrillen und Flik Flak)

    • Perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    • Kassenbedienung und –abrechnung

    • Kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien

    • Erscheinungsbild des Geschäftes und der ausgestellten Waren gewährleisten (Schaufenster, Mobiliar und Verkaufstische)

    • Lieferungen entgegennehmen, aus- und einpacken

    Profile

    Verkäufer/in im Detailhandel oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Verkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Uhren/Schmuck, Accessoires oder Lifestyle

    • Develop and manage project schedules

    In addition to a developer background, you have previous experience in Magento 1.x /2.x for large scale ecommerce projects as Technical Project Leader. You must have solid technical knowledge of Internet technologies and have worked on web-based applications and sites. Proactive and responsible, you are able to communicate effectively with experienced developers and QA resources and work with multiple external teams.


    You bring strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical and planning skills. Customer, service and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.


    Flexible, open and collaborative, you are able to take on tasks as required and able to build relationships with other teams and departments.

    Professional requirements


    • You hold a degree in Information Systems with 1-3 years experience

    • Deep knowledge of CMS

    • Hosting knowledge

    • Very good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Akamai

    Professional requirements

    You have a degree in Architecture and min. 4 years of experience in Retail, with strong project management competencies. Flexible and motivated, you can plan, deal, delegate and organize and have a talent for coordination.

In this position, you will lead different projects, working hand in hand with the International Training Manager on new concepts, classrooms and e-learning.


    Your main responsibilities are the following:



    • Support in developing innovative training concepts, - training methods and contents following current Training trends and best practices and following Swatch strategy

    • Support in e-learning projects and maintenance of - LMS system & up-dates

    • Review and adapt questionnaires on LMS, gamifications part, learning materials and content and close collaboration with internal and external parties

    • Being flexible and able to handle different projects at the same time

    • Support in creating storylines, blended learning for the e-learning platform

    • Support to develop Product Training Guidelines off- and online

    • Analyse statistics and work with the team on action plans

    • Being able to support in delivering class room Trainings

    Profile

    You are a professional coming from the Learning industry and bringing both classroom and e-learning experience, with excellent Project Management skills. Experience in creating, editing videos and on and offline training contents is a strong advantage. You are familiar with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver) and possess knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Expert in E-learning course production based on Articulate Storyline, you have also acquired good knowledge of the SCORM format.

    Professional requirements

    To be successful in this role, you have ideally a Retail background, and previous experience as trainer. Dedicated and passionate, you are a business-oriented person with excellent project management skills, always ready to come up with innovative ideas.


    Team player with good human relationship skills, you are proactive and autonomous but also detail-oriented, and are capable of working in a fast moving & ever changing, international environment. Your creativity allows you to find out-of-the-box ideas and achieve goals successfully.

    Professional requirements


    • Bachelor degree in business management, finance, engineering, statistics or economics
    • Very good understanding of eCommerce business and landscape
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
    • Experience in the management of complex and multinational projects is a plus

    As a Communication Designer, you will be part of the Creative Team and responsible for Swatch’s online and offline visual communication. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, while being responsible for creating digital and print artworks, and providing thought-leadership on best design practices and next-generation digital trends. Your daily tasks will include:

    • Create visual concepts for Swatch brand campaigns, launches or events
    • Develop various artworks for all teams inside the Marketing Department
    • Collaborate with Communication Design Team Leader on concept, planning and development of Lifestyle / Still Life content
    • Perform image retouching / editing as well as video editing
    • Coordinate Swatch Corporate Identity

    • Design ready to print artworks such as Press Ads, OOH and POS

    Profile

    Besides your fun, positive and over creative personality, you bring a degree in Visual Communication (Graphic Design / Web Design) and experience in a similar position. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you possess good understanding of color theory, printing and graphics.

    Professional requirements

    Your strong knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) as well as Premiere and After Effects is a must (Knowledge of 3D software highly appreciated). In addition, you are up to date with all current design technologies and trends. You possess strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to creative and innovative artworks.

    Typical activities include:


     



    • Keep track and share knowledge, strategies and concepts on best Environment Design cases (trends, markets, experience, etc.)
