You have at least 5 years of experience in a digital environment and can demonstrate a strong expertise in SEO strategy/tactics and acknowledgement of Digital Marketing best practices.


    Your solid understanding of site navigation, use of content management tools and reporting, web analysis SEO and Tag Management is coupled a high business sense and a strategic analytical thinking.

    In dieser Funktion haben Sie die Leitung über aktuell 26 Stores, den Area Managern, den E-Commerce und das Back Office Team, zurzeit rund 130 Mitarbeitende. Sie repräsentieren Swatch Retail, agieren unternehmerisch und sind für die gesamte Organisation und die Führung des Retails verantwortlich.


    Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:



    • Verantwortung und Kontrolle für den Umsatz, die Budgets und für die Vertriebsindikatoren, inkl. Erstellung der Ziele für jeden Store

    • Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen

    Your primary responsibility is to create an enjoyable, easy shopping experience for the customers. The presentation of the watches is changed regularly, with themes that can be dictated by the seasonal topics and celebrations or current fashions and trends. You also provide support to the markets on how to follow our guidelines and develop the spirit of SWATCH across the world.


    Typical activities include:



    • Create visual concepts for international in-store communication connected to all product launches,

    • Develop international window decoration campaigns, including the testing phase and implementation guidance,

    • Constantly update all standard and generic graphics dedicated to our various distribution channels,

    • Prepare visual merchandising guidelines assigned to a product or collection launch and insure the respect of these guidelines during the implementation phase assisting local markets requests and needs,

    • Participate in the creation & development of new long-term materials and specific displays including the follow-up of the production with suppliers and procurement team,

    • Coordinate any creative or design visual merchandising projects with internal and external resources,

    • Provide support in exhibition set-up for internal meetings, fairs, events and special projects including project development, organization, coordination, decoration on site,

    Professional requirements


    • Degree in Visual Communications (Graphic Design / Interior Design / Visual Merchandising)

    • Experience in visual merchandising, especially in a fast-moving international retail environment and in-store communication. Watches, fashion or accessories is a plus. Design agency is also welcome.

    • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and good understanding of the 2D/3D space; SketchUp or AutoCAD will be a plus.

    • Acute visual awareness, visual flair for contemporary & attractive design solutions

    • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in order to maintain deadlines

    • Up-to-date with all current design technologies/trends with good understanding of typography, colour and composition

    • Préparation, mise en place et parfaite tenue du magasin

    • Lead and coordinate the budgeting and financial controlling processes for the SEA activities

    • Optimize copies and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

    • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

    • Ensure SEA brand communication consistency and handle translations for all website languages

    Für unseren SWATCH Store in Zermatt, suchen wir per Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, engagierte und flexible


    SALES STAFF 20-40% (m/w)


    Deine Aufgaben:



    • Beratung und Verkauf der im Store angebotenen Produkte (Swatch, Bijoux, Sonnenbrillen und Flik Flak)

    • Perfekter Kundenempfang, Service und Warenpräsentation

    • Kassenbedienung und –abrechnung

    • Kleine Reparaturen und Wechseln von Uhrenbändern und Batterien

    • Erscheinungsbild des Geschäftes und der ausgestellten Waren gewährleisten (Schaufenster, Mobiliar und Verkaufstische)

    • Lieferungen entgegennehmen, aus- und einpacken

    Profile

    Verkäufer/in im Detailhandel oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Verkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Uhren/Schmuck, Accessoires oder Lifestyle

Bist du eine offene, teamorientierte, motivierte, engagierte und proaktive Person, die zudem selbständig und zuverlässig arbeitet, sowie ein Flair für Zahlen und Geschäftssinn hat? Bist du flexibel einsetzbar (Store 7/7 geöffnet) und  bist du bereit bei Abwesenheit (Krankheit und Ferien) deiner Kollegen/innen mehr zu arbeiten? Liebst du es, die Kunden zu begeistern? 

    Languages

    Muttersprache Deutsch, fliessende Englischkenntnisse, gute Französisch-, Portugiesisch-und Italienischkenntnisse, sowie jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
