1. These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the „Mission to the Moon 1969 CONTEST“ (“the Contest”) administered by Swatch Ltd. , domiciled at Nicolas G. Hayek Strasse 1, 2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (“Swatch”, “us”, “our”, “we”).
2. By participating in this Contest you agree to these Rules and to abide by them. You confirm to have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Notice. Our Privacy Notice is available at https://www.swatch.com/en-us/legal/swa-privacy-notice.html.
3. Entry for the Contest through Swatch account is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the start of the Contest, with the exception of Swatch Group employees (and their families) as well as our affiliates, agents and anyone else involved in the Contest.
4. Each participant may participate only once. Any additional entry by the same participant will be automatically excluded from the Contest. Automated or repetitive entries are not allowed.
5. Contest runs from July 16th, 2026 at 03:32pm CEST until July 21st, 2026 at 11:59pm CEST.
6. To participate:
6.1. Log to your Swatch account or create a Swatch account on www. swatch. com.
6.2. Select your preferred Swatch store to pick up the watch in case you are a selected participant
6.3. Participate in the quiz.
6.4. Questions of the quiz can be filled with a maximum time of 2h15 minutes consecutively after starting it.
6.5. IMPORTANT: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF A PARTICIPANT ENTERS THIS CONTEST ON A MOBILE DEVICE.
7. How we select the Contest’s participants eligible to the “Mission to the Moon 1969” Swatch watch’s right of purchase:
7.1. Participants who correctly answer the quiz’s questions qualify for a subsequent selection process.
7.2. The subsequent selection process is conducted internally and based on the answers given by the qualified participants to the open and creative questions of the quiz determined at Swatch’s sole discretion.
8. Selected participants will be granted the right to purchase the “Mission to the Moon 1969” Swatch watch at a unit price of USD 570. -*, through the designated preferred Swatch store, by receiving by email an ESTA form (ESTA being Electronic Swatch Timepiece Application) serving as proof of eligibility to purchase the watch. Selected participants will be notified by email.
9. Selected participants have 48 hours from the email notification to purchase and pay online for the watch with the means provided by Swatch for the payment. Once the watch has been paid for, the selected participant will be able to pick it up at the designated preferred Swatch store and will have her/his ESTA documents duly stamped.
10. If a selected participant does not pay within 48 hours from the email notification, the right to purchase will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another qualified participant.
11. Even if you follow these rules and instructions correctly, the possibility of events or conditions could occur beyond our control, hence, we cannot guarantee your successful participation.
12. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may, in our sole discretion, lead to disqualification from the Contest. Any attempted form of participation in this Contest other than as described herein is void. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found or suspected, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Contest.
13. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted.
14. We reserve the right to select an alternative selected participant if we reasonably believe that a selected participant has breached the Rules.
15. The right to purchase your “Mission to the Moon 1969” Swatch watch may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute the right of purchase your “Mission to the Moon 1969” Swatch watch with items of equal value, namely USD 570. -.
16. Any taxes that may be levied on the selected participant shall be exclusively borne by the selected participant.
17. Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability, to the greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Contest. The approximate retail value of the right of purchase is CHF 0.00. AS SUCH YOU AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE OPPORTUNITIES SET FORTH HEREIN, THE PARTIES MUTUALLY AGREE THAT THE TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CHF 0.00.
19. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in case it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.
20. The Contest is void where legally not permitted.
21. Force majeure is any radical, external event that goes beyond the will and control of either party and without any fault of either party, by way of example but not by way of exhaustive: natural disasters, outbreaks of war, riots, revolts, insurrections, strikes as well as epidemics and pandemics. Swatch reserves the right to cancel or delay the Contest as well as the prize award due to Force majeure, following which Swatch is hold safe from all and any liability of non-performance.
22. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules. In the event of any disputes, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND/OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
23. English Language. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and all related documents, including notices and other communications, be drawn up in the English language only.
