At Swatch we provide our Retail Key holders with the training and support that lays the groundwork for a professional career with real momentum.  As a member of the Retail Sales Team, you will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills along with technical training on all our watches and services.  Plus, your base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky is the limit for motivated and knowledgeable retail sales professionals.

Ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, as well as Keyholder background. This position must possess exceptional customer service skills and a demeaner that embodies a great sense of approachability.  Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team

For one of the Group's Corporate Stores located in Milan and its surrounding area, we are looking for a Store Manager with proven experience in a similar role. The Store Manager is responsible for delivering a highly engaging and memorable customer experience. In this role, they will lead the team in promoting brand and product awareness, representing the brand with passion, and enthusiastically communicating the company’s values. The Store Manager will also play an active role in maximizing the store’s commercial potential, in line with the company’s strategic objectives. As a key brand ambassador, they will embody and promote the Swatch culture and values.

Hourly Rate:  $20 -$22, plus commission
