- S’efforce d'atteindre et de dépasser les budgets de vente qui lui sont fixés.
- Accueil/ vente.
- Encaissement des produits selon les procédures.
- Mise en rayon des produits, selon les normes de merchandising en vigueur.
- Ouvre et ferme le magasin, ouvre et clôture les caisses.
- Effectue les remises en banque et les envois hebdomadaires.
- Réception et vérification des produits.
- Est expert dans l'exécution du SAV et des réparations.
- Respecte tous les points du manuel des « P.O.S. ».
- Traitement des litiges avec les clients.
- Visual Merchandising
- Travailler en collaboration avec le service Marketing pour la bonne implantation des produits en boutique.
- Participer aux implantations des nouvelles collections en équipe avec les collaborateurs.
- Analyser les ventes et les parts de marchés des différentes gammes et familles pour optimiser le merchandising.
- Gestion Magasin
- Entretien et nettoyage courant de la surface de vente et des parties communes.
- Traitement des problèmes de mauvaise manipulation des caisses ou des erreurs de caisse.
- Bonne gestion et suivi du stock.
- Effectue les plannings en collaboration avec le Directeur de Magasin.
- Est responsable du bon suivi de la maintenance.
- Prend toutes les mesures de contrôle utiles pour limiter et réduire la démarque au maximum
- Participe aux opérations d'inventaire.
- Définit les priorités du magasin, en liaison avec son Directeur de magasin
- Gère le point de vente dans un souci d'efficacité économique et de rentabilité (en l'absence du Directeur de Magasin).

- Manage par l'exemple en maintenant une bonne cohésion au sein de son équipe.
- Recrute, forme, évalue ses collaborateurs.
- Coach les équipes au quotidien.
- Pilotage des KPl's collectifs et individuels au quotidien et mise en place de plans d'action en collaboration avec le Directeur de Magasin.
- Décision, en liaison avec le service des Ressources Humaines, des procédures disciplinaires à engager (en l'absence du Directeur de Magasin)
- Garant du respect du droit du travail, du règlement intérieur, des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité (en l'absence du Directeur de Magasin).

Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, set sales targets, coach the team to meet these targets, and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
- Operations: Manage daily operations, schedule staff efficiently, control payroll, adhere to inventory control processes, and ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
