Dans le cadre de l'ouverture de notre nouveau pop-up Swatch à Saint-Tropez, nous recrutons un responsable de boutique.
Vous assurez le développement de votre point de vente et animez une équipe en appliquant la politique commerciale de notre Maison.
Vous serez responsable de la croissance du chiffre d’affaires, de la fidélisation des clients et de leur satisfaction. Vous assurez aussi le merchandising, la gestion du stock ainsi que des commandes.
Dans ce cadre vos missions principales consisteront en:
Développement des activités commerciales
- Pilotage de la performance commerciale
- Mettre en œuvre les principaux objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs définis par la politique commerciale : satisfaction et fidélisation des clients, chiffre d’affaires, marge, panier moyen.
- Suivre les prévisions de vente : chiffre d’affaires, indicateurs clés (indice de vente [IV], taux de transformation [TT], panier moyen [PM], etc
- Analyser au quotidien les résultats : les tableaux de bord et les différents indicateurs.
- Identifier les causes de ralentissement des activités, de baisse et perte du chiffre d’affaires.
- Pilotage du reporting quotidien
Management
- Recruter, former, intégrer, évaluer et accompagner le développement professionnel des collaborateurs,
- Définir les objectifs de son équipe, soutenir ses actions tendant vers leur réalisation.
- Gérer les plannings, répartir les tâches, animer les briefs et les réunions
- Veiller à l’application de la réglementation en vigueur (hygiène, sécurité, droit du travail) et des affichages légaux.
Gestion opérationnelle
- Gestion des stocks et pilotage des inventaires
- Exécution du SAV

- Vendre et encaisser les produits ;
- Ouvrir et fermer la caisse et le magasin en autonomie ;
- Réceptionner et vérifier les produits (mise en place du merchandising) ;
- Participer à l'exécution du S.A.V. et des petites réparations ;
- Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (nettoyage, rangement et mise en rayon).

As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships.
Starting base pay of $18.05 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
- Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS
Employment Status:
Part-Time: 10 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
