HR Generalist will help support the corporate office in Miami, FL as well as approximately 30 retail stores in the US. Serve as a partner to the HR team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase retention. • Talent Development and Succession Planning – implement and manage training and development programs to help employees grow their careers and skills within the company • Partner with HRBP and hiring managers on new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. • Develop, implement and manage recruitment strategies inclusive of finalizing job descriptions, job posting, resume review and screening, interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, and notifying candidate of the hiring decision process. • Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries. Provide guidance and interpretation to employees on policies and procedures. • Track movement across the employee cycle - new hires, transfers, promotions, exits • Responsible for the maintenance of employee files in accordance with all state and federal requirements and ensure documents are tracked and filed in a timely manner. • Assist with the preparation of employment agreements, PRFs, coordinate signature process and ensure protocol • Partner with the payroll and benefits department to track employee leaves, and handle escalated matters • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • All other duties as assigned by Management • This is an onsite in office five days a week. Sales Assistant (all genders) in Vollzeit

As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and assume comprehensive responsibility for the overall management of the business. Your pivotal role encompasses ensuring unwavering adherence to company policies and procedures, driving sales through staff motivation, and delivering exceptional customer service to stimulate sales growth. You will be tasked with executing and achieving operational objectives, embodying Swatch's Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, and Building Effective Teams and Relationships.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, set sales targets, coach the team to meet these targets, and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
• Operations: Manage daily operations, schedule staff efficiently, control payroll, adhere to inventory control processes, and ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
• Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team, promote a positive work environment, and manage performance evaluations and development plans.
• Visual Merchandising: Execute merchandise launches in line with company standards and maintain store presentation.
• Compliance: Maintain safety standards, act as a policy and procedure role model.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Employment Status:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
