Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, set sales targets, coach the team to meet these targets, and ensure product knowledge is up to par.

What You'll Be Doing

Store Support

Reporting

  • Gather business intelligence from various sources, and the respective comments / complaints for analysis and reporting.

  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the Brand HQ, Management and departments on time.

 

Strategic Projects & Expansion

  • Support new store openings, relocations, or refurbishments, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

Sales :

  • Advice on and sale of products presented in the shop
  • Interest in different brands and products
  • Quality of welcome, service and merchandise presentation
  • Customer acquisition and loyalty
  • Appearance of shop and products displayed (windows, counters and furniture)
  • Assisting other sales staff during sales (service, gift-wrapping, etc.)

Replacing the Store Manager :
