Swatch is looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for providing excellent Customer Service and support to our Swatch brand. This is not your traditional high volume call center environment. This position varies and involves working with Clients, Sales Representatives, and End-consumers.

Ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, as well as Keyholder background. As a Sales Assistant in our Swatch store in Copenhagen, you’ll have the opportunity to help develop an exciting and fun brand that stands out from the crowd. It’s a colorful and multicultural adventure for anyone with an interest in and knowledge of accessories.

As a Sales Assistant in the store, teamwork is essential. Together with the Store Manager, you and the other sales assistants set the tone. It’s an advantage if you are enthusiastic about creativity and innovation. It’s also important that you can maintain an overview, even during busy periods.

This is a temporary position running from May to August 2026. The majority of shifts will be scheduled during the high summer season (July-August) and initial shifts will be scheduled in May.

Vi ser gärna att du har ett intresse för kreativitet och innovation. Det är också viktigt att du kan behålla lugnet och ditt fokus under intensiva perioder.

Den här rollen är ett sommarvikariat som sträcker sig från juni till augusti 2026. Omfattningen är 2–5 arbetspass per vecka, med flest pass förlagda under högsäsong. För rätt person finns möjlighet till extra arbetspass under hösten 2026.
