This is a temporary position starting ASAP and running through August 2026, with most shifts scheduled during the peak summer months (July–August), and some initial shifts beginning immediately.
As a Sales Assistant:

Job description
This role is ideal for a design professional with strong expertise in visual design, motion design, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping the visual language of our campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Creative Development:
Collaborate with the advertising team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts, visual references, mood boards, and sketches for campaigns. Ensure alignment with Swatch’s brand identity and marketing goals. - Print Production Expertise:
Act as the team’s go-to expert for print production. Prepare technical print files and oversee quality control for Out-of-Home (OOH) and other large-scale print campaigns, ensuring all materials meet industry standards. - Visual Design Across Mediums:
Design layouts and visuals for print, digital, and social media platforms. Provide design support for various departments, including marketing materials, press releases, event graphics, and more. - Motion Design:
Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media, web, and in-store displays. Translate static designs into dynamic content that enhances storytelling and brand engagement. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams such as Public Relations, Retail Marketing, Sports, and Communications to deliver cohesive design solutions across projects and channels. - Brand Consistency:
Uphold and reinforce Swatch’s visual identity across all design work, ensuring consistency and quality in every output. - Digital File Preparation:
Review and prepare digital assets for both print and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy, optimized file sizes, and proper colour management.

As a Swatch Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and will assist in all day-to-day operations. Starting base pay of $18.90 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, set sales targets, coach the team to meet these targets, and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
- Operations: Manage daily operations, schedule staff efficiently, control payroll, adhere to inventory control processes, and ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
- Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team, promote a positive work environment, and manage performance evaluations and development plans.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute merchandise launches in line with company standards and maintain store presentation.
- Compliance: Maintain safety standards, act as a policy and procedure role model.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

This role involves driving sales through motivation and support of the staff, guiding the sales team to provide exceptional customer service for sales growth, and meeting operational objectives and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Assistant Store Manager has to possess the following Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships.
Starting base pay of $45,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.

Employment Status:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
