Job description
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our seasonal pop‑up in Ibiza from June to September. If you bring strong retail expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to elevate both team performance and customer experience, this role offers an exciting summer challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and lead the sales team with a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience aligned with brand standards.
- Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
- Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash‑control and loss‑prevention practices.

Dans le cadre de l'ouverture prochaine d'un pop-up Swatch à Saint-Tropez, nous recrutons plusieurs vendeurs H/F pour rejoindre l'équipe.
Véritable Ambassadeur de notre Maison horlogère, vous faites vivre à nos clients une expérience mémorable en leur garantissant un accueil de qualité et un accompagnement personnalisé.
Grâce à votre esprit commerçant, vous participez activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires et à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
A ce titre, vos missions principales sont :
- Susciter l’enthousiasme des clients autour de nos produits et leur histoire en partageant vos connaissances Swatch ;
- Accueillir la clientèle avec une attitude agréable, avenante et polie ;
- Vendre et encaisser les produits ;
- Ouvrir et fermer la caisse et le magasin en autonomie ;
- Réceptionner et vérifier les produits (mise en place du merchandising) ;
- Participer à l'exécution du S.A.V. et des petites réparations ;
- Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (nettoyage, rangement et mise en rayon).

The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
- Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
- Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch Guidelines
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
- Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training
- Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs
- Ensure the highest level of customer service

What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Business Performance

Provide regular, hands-on coaching to store teams to improve sales productivity and achieve sales target.

Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans to drive improvements.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards

Ensure stores consistently deliver the Swatch customer experience.

Monitor and address customer service issues, implementing improvements where necessary.

Uphold brand presentation standards, particularly in store environment and visual merchandising.
People Development &; Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop store managers and assistant managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.

Identify training needs and work with Swatch Trainer and/or HR to implement effective training programs.

Drive succession planning and talent pipeline development for future store leaders.

Foster a strong performance-driven culture aligned with Swatch’s values.
Operational Excellence & Compliance

Ensure all stores consistently follow retail SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and stock control procedures.

Conduct routine store visit and audits, identify issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

Support smooth execution of new launches, campaigns, and store-level initiatives.
Store Support

Act as the go-to person for Store Managers offering support in operations, staffing, and service-related challenges.

Step in to support store operations during peak periods or temporary vacancies, if needed.
Reporting
-
Gather business intelligence from various sources, and the respective comments / complaints for analysis and reporting.

Prepare and submit reports as required by the Brand HQ, Management and departments on time.
Strategic Projects & Expansion

Support new store openings, relocations, or refurbishments, ensuring smooth execution.

Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Provide market insights to support business planning and expansion in Malaysia.
