- Contributes to achieving the sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.

Customer Interaction

Setting the scene for the brand

- Has a good understanding of the brand, its values, and how it influences customer experience.
Product Presentation
- Always maintains an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Support with visual merchandising implementation and constantly make sure it remains visually appealing
Leading & organising the Store
Operational excellence
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
- Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
- Handling of cash register and settlements.
Tech Savvy & System Proficiency
- Good understanding of the store systems to handle transactions, inventory and store daily business.
Time management & Prioritization
- Efficiently balances his or her time between customer service with operational duties.

As a Store Manager, you'll directly report to the Brand Manager and take full responsibility for the business's overall management. Your key role includes ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures, driving sales by motivating staff, and providing exceptional customer service to foster sales growth. Starting base pay of $55,000 plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, set sales targets, coach the team to meet these targets, and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
- Operations: Manage daily operations, schedule staff efficiently, control payroll, adhere to inventory control processes, and ensure all reporting is accurate and timely.
- Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team, promote a positive work environment, and manage performance evaluations and development plans.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Conditions de travail :
Le travail exige un effort physique modéré, avec une marche et une station debout prolongées pendant la majorité des quarts. Bien que le risque de blessure soit faible, le poste requiert de soulever, pousser, tirer et tenir (jusqu’à 16 kg et plus avec soutien approprié) des boîtes et des éléments d’aménagement, ainsi qu’une concentration importante lors de la réalisation de tâches administratives, de la gestion de la caisse ou de l’utilisation du système POS.
Statut d’emploi :
Temps plein : en moyenne 40 heures par semaine. Doit maintenir une disponibilité flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise et peut être amené(e) à travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine, y compris certains jours fériés et périodes de forte activité.
