L’Assistant Store Manager, garantirà il supporto allo Store Manager nel guidare e coordinare lo staff e le attività del negozio. Inoltre contribuirà alla massimizzazione del potenziale commerciale in linea con la strategia aziendale. E’ il portavoce dei valori e della cultura SWATCH.

In qualità di sales assistant garantirai un’esperienza di vendita eccellente ai nostri clienti, dal punto di vista della cura e realizzazione dei desideri. Contribuirai al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, gestendo le relazioni con la clientela e occupandoti di assistenza alla vendita e post vendita. Parteciperai all’organizzazione del negozio assicurandoti che il punto vendita, il back office e lo stock siano sempre in ordine. Inoltre garantirai la corretta presentazione dell'immagine dei brand SWATCH e FLIK FLAK.

As a Sales Assistant in the Swatch store, teamwork is essential. Together with the Store Manager, you and the other sales assistants set the tone. For this role it’s an advantage if you are enthusiastic about fashion and innovation. It’s also important that you can maintain an overview, even during busy periods.

Fachleute Betriebsunterhalt sind dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Einrichtungen in Gebäuden und darum herum funktionieren.

Sie sind für den Unterhalt und die Reinigung von Gebäuden, und Aussenanlagen, die Gartenpflege und die Abfallbewirtschaftung zuständig. Sie ersetzen Lampen, Türschlösser und Sicherungen, kontrollieren Heizung und Elektroinstallationen oder flicken tropfende Wasserhahnen. Kleinere Reparaturen erledigen sie selbst, in komplizierteren Fällen ziehen sie Fachleute hinzu.

Bei Bedarf übernehmen sie auch einfachere Maler- und Schreinerarbeiten, reparieren z. B. Möbel oder streichen Zäune.

At Swatch we provide our Retail Key holders with the training and support that lays the groundwork for a professional career with real momentum.  As a member of the Retail Sales Team, you will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills along with technical training on all our watches and services.  Plus, your base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky is the limit for motivated and knowledgeable retail sales professionals.
