À titre de Gérant(e) de magasin, vous relèverez directement du Directeur de marque et assumerez l’entière responsabilité de la gestion globale de l’établissement. Votre rôle central comprend le respect rigoureux des politiques et procédures de l’entreprise, l’augmentation des ventes par la mobilisation du personnel, et la prestation d’un service à la clientèle exceptionnel afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes. Les responsabilités comprennent :
- Service à la clientèle et génération des ventes: Montrer l’exemple en offrant un service à la clientèle de qualité, établir des objectifs de vente, coacher l’équipe pour les atteindre et veiller à ce que la connaissance des produits soit au niveau requis.
- Opérations: Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, planifier les horaires du personnel de façon efficace, contrôler la masse salariale, respecter les processus de gestion des stocks et veiller à ce que tous les rapports soient exacts et produits dans les délais requis.
- Gestion du personnel: Superviser les processus de recrutement, de formation et de mesures disciplinaires afin de maintenir une équipe performante, favoriser un milieu de travail positif, et gérer les évaluations de rendement ainsi que les plans de développement.
- Merchandising visuel: Assurer le lancement des marchandises conformément aux standards de l’entreprise et maintenir la présentation de la boutique.
- Conformité: Maintenir les normes de santé et sécurité et servir de modèle en matière de politiques et procédures.
Conditions de travail :
Le travail est effectué avec un effort physique modéré et nécessite de marcher et de demeurer debout pendant la majeure partie de chaque quart de travail. Bien que ce poste présente un faible risque de blessure, il requiert de soulever, pousser, tirer et tenir des boîtes et des présentoirs (jusqu’à environ 16 kg et davantage avec un soutien approprié), en plus d’une concentration soutenue lors du traitement des documents, de la gestion de la caisse ou de l’utilisation du système de point de vente (POS).
Statut d’emploi :
Temps plein: 40 heures par semaine en moyenne. Le ou la titulaire doit maintenir une disponibilité ouverte pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise et pourrait être appelé(e) à travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine, incluant certains jours fériés et périodes de pointe.
