As a full time Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets
• Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
• Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy 
• Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch Guidelines
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management 
• Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training 
• Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs 
• Ensure the highest level of customer service

As Sales Associate (M/F/X) for our store in Antwerpen, you are the brand's first ambassador, you will embody the Swatch/Flik-Flak values and guarantee the highest standards of welcome and customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Advice on and sale of products presented in the shop
• Welcoming customers
• Customer acquisition and loyalty
• Advising customers and helping them with their choices
• Replenishing and storing products
• Active participation in team meetings

• Cleaning and tidying the Store if needed

• Assisting colleagues during sales (service, gift-wrapping, etc.)

• Contribute to the achievement of shop objectives
• Compliance with rules and regulations (Dresscode, etc.)
• Maintain and improve own knowledge of products and techniques,
• Participation in training sessions,
• Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.

Sales Assistant (all genders) in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche)

• Responsabilité globale du Visual Merchandising pour Swatch et Flik Flak en Suisse romande, Valais, Jura et Région Bernoise, incluant la mise en œuvre des guidelines et le respect de l’image de marque
• Installation de vitrines attractives et de scénographies percutantes pour renforcer l’impact visuel et capter l’attention des clients
• Visites régulières des points de vente selon les priorités commerciales, avec contrôle de l’assortiment et du matériel de décoration
• Implantation des produits et application des plans de merchandising à l’intérieur des surfaces de vente, en garantissant une présentation cohérente et qualitative
• Optimisation du parcours client et adaptation des espaces de vente en fonction des nouveautés, des rotations de stocks et des objectifs commerciaux
• Veille et analyse des performances: suivi des indicateurs clés (ventes, taux de transformation) et observation des tendances du marché et de la concurrence
• Formation, motivation et accompagnement des équipes de vente pour assurer une mise en place optimale des collections et une tenue irréprochable de l’exposition
• Proposition de nouveaux emplacements ou idées d’activation pour dynamiser les promotions et améliorer la visibilité en magasin
• Soutien lors d’événements et promotions: préparation, installation et coordination de décorations spéciales ou projets VM
• Gestion administrative incluant la planification hebdomadaire, le suivi des frais et la coordination des interventions terrain

Deine Aufgaben:

• Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte im Store (Swatch und Flik Flak)
• Sicherstellung eines herzlichen Empfangs sowie eines zuvorkommenden Kundenservices
• Attraktive Präsentation unserer Produkte im Store gemäss den visuellen Vorgaben
• Verantwortung für die korrekte Bedienung und Abrechnung an der Kasse
• Durchführung kleiner Servicearbeiten wie Batteriewechsel und Anpassungen von Uhrenarmbändern
• Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Erscheinungsbild des Stores 
• Entgegennahme von Lieferungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung

• Participer à l'exécution du S.A.V. et des petites réparations ;
• Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (nettoyage, rangement et mise en rayon).
