Deine Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für die operative Warenbewirtschaftung und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit im Store
• Warenannahme inkl. Kontrolle, Verbuchung sowie Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen, Transfers und Retouren
• Sicherstellung der Warenauffüllung anhand von Verkaufszahlen und Systemauswertungen
• Verantwortung für den Service Après-Vente inkl. Reparaturabwicklung und Materialverwaltung
• Planung und Durchführung von Inventuren sowie Sicherstellung der Bestandesgenauigkeit
• Verantwortung für Materialbestellungen und das Cash Management gemäss den Richtlinien
• Sicherstellung eines gepflegten Store Erscheinungsbildes gemäss den Visual-Merchandising-Richtlinien
• Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams und der Storeleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

🎯 Vos missions

 Commerce – Vente

• Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés.
• Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients selon les standards Swatch.
• Réaliser les encaissements conformément aux procédures en vigueur.
• Assurer la mise en rayon dans le respect du merchandising.
• Ouvrir et fermer le magasin, effectuer l’ouverture/la clôture des caisses.
• Réaliser les remises en banque et envois hebdomadaires.
• Assurer un service après-vente irréprochable et effectuer des réparations simples.
• Garantir le respect du manuel P.O.S.
• Gérer les situations de litiges clients avec professionnalisme.

Gestion de la boutique

• Garantir l’entretien et la propreté de la surface de vente et des zones communes.
• Gérer les écarts caisse et résoudre les erreurs éventuelles.
• Assurer un suivi rigoureux du stock.
• Participer à l’élaboration des plannings avec le Responsable de boutique.
• Participer aux opérations d’inventaires.
• Assurer la gestion du point de vente en autonomie lors de l’absence du Responsable.

Management

• Fédérer l’équipe en incarnant les valeurs Swatch et en montrant l’exemple.
• Recruter, former et évaluer les collaborateurs.
• Accompagner et coacher les équipes au quotidien.
• Suivre les KPI collectifs et individuels et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires.
• Garantir le respect du droit du travail, du règlement intérieur, et des règles d’hygiène et sécurité.

Hourly Rate:  $18.50 - $20.50/Hrly. (Plus Commission)

Job Description:

At Swatch we provide our Retail Key holders with the training and support that lays the groundwork for a professional career with real momentum. As a member of the Retail Sales Team, you will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills along with technical training on all our watches and services. Plus, your base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky is the limit for motivated and knowledgeable retail sales professionals.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte im Store (Swatch und Flik Flak)
• Sicherstellung eines herzlichen Empfangs sowie eines zuvorkommenden Kundenservices
• Attraktive Präsentation unserer Produkte im Store gemäss den visuellen Vorgaben
• Verantwortung für die korrekte Bedienung und Abrechnung an der Kasse
• Durchführung kleiner Servicearbeiten wie Batteriewechsel und Anpassungen von Uhrenarmbändern
• Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Erscheinungsbild des Stores 
• Entgegennahme von Lieferungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung

As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $18.30 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.

Working Conditions:

Part-Time, 10 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
