The Role
As Store Manager, you will play a key role in the success of this bespoke store by leading a high-performing, positive, and customer-focused team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be a hands-on leader with a strong business mindset, committed to driving sales, operational excellence, and team development.
- Lead by example, being hands on, consistently motivating the team to achieve sales targets
- Manage team performance, providing coaching and addressing any issues proactively
- Develop team capabilities through ongoing training and support
- Ensure compliance with all company and brand policies and procedures
- Manage staff rosters and oversee Time & Attendance
- Complete and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders
- Receive and reconcile inventory, reporting discrepancies
- Conduct regular quality checks on stock and ensure accurate stock handling procedures
- Support recruitment efforts and interviews
- Deliver comprehensive inductions and follow-up training for all new hires
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and enhanced
- Resolve elevated customer complaints with professionalism and care
The Role
- Lead, motivate, and inspire employees to achieve sales targets
- Support in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring the store is operating smoothly
- Coach employees on KPI’s on a weekly basis
- As required, assist the Store Manager with reporting
- Support interviews, training and on-boarding of new employees
- Monitor employee selling skills and identify any opportunities for improvement
- Uphold all company and brand policies and procedures
- Ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to
- Assist with inventory management and stock procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service

The Retail Coordinator supports the Retail Support Manager in driving retail performance through forecasting, KPI tracking, trend analysis, and business planning. This role is responsible for monitoring store performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting data driven decision making across the retail network. The position requires consistent use of Power BI, Retail Net, and other reporting tools to analyze business results, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the retail business.
In addition, this role may provide support in other retail operational and administrative areas as business needs require.

- Develop and execute PR campaigns that build awareness and credibility with key audiences.

- Oversee day-to-day work with local PR Managers to ensure aligned, high-quality execution.
- Track and analyze media coverage and campaign performance metrics to report on ROI, draft appropriate responses.

Job description
As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Humility and Integrity.
Starting base pay of $18.30 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
- Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions:
Part-Time, 10 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
