Per uno dei nostri Corporate Store Swatch sito nell'area di Firenze, ricerchiamo uno/a ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER con pregressa esperienza in mansione analoga. L’Assistant Store Manager, garantirà il supporto allo Store Manager nel guidare e coordinare lo staff e le attività del negozio. Inoltre contribuirà alla massimizzazione del potenziale commerciale in linea con la strategia aziendale. Sarà il portavoce dei valori e della cultura SWATCH.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellen der gesamten Organisation des Stores zusammen mit dem Store Manager
• Unterstützung und Motivation des Verkaufsteams
• Vertretung des Store Managers bei dessen Abwesenheit
• Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte im Store (Swatch und Flik Flak)
• Sicherstellen eines herzlichen Empfangs sowie eines zuvorkommenden Kundenservices
• Attraktive Präsentation unserer Produkte im Store
• Bedienung und Abrechnung an der Kasse
• Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen sowie Wechsel von Batterien und Uhrenarmbändern
• Pflege des Stores, Schaufenster, Verkaufsflächen und Mobiliar
• Entgegennahme von Lieferungen sowie Aus- und Einpacken der Ware
• Diverse administrative Arbeiten

As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.

 

• Support the team in achieving sales targets
• Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
• Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy 
• Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch Guidelines
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management 
• Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training 
• Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs 
• Ensure the highest level of customer service

The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple states in the United States. This role serves as a key administrative and employee-facing resource, ensuring accurate HR processes, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience across corporate and retail locations.

 

This is an office-based role in Miami, FL. This position will service all corporate positions and retail locations for the Swatch Brand.

Job Description

Swatch is looking for a Head of Retail Sales who is responsible for overseeing the entire sales team, setting sales strategies, managing sales performance, and driving overall revenue generation across all retail locations, often including responsibility for developing sales initiatives, training staff, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

• Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (nettoyage, rangement et mise en rayon).

In this position you will manage the complete life cycle of employees at Swatch HQ in Biel. By acting as a coach and a consultant, you will help managers determine the best path forward for their teams. You will foster a positive work environment between management and employees and address any HR-related issues.

Responsibilities

In this position, your main responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Manage personnel sourcing and recruitment for Swatch HQ
• Analyse needs and personnel selection in collaboration with the operational managers
• Negotiate compensation with candidates and issue proposals and contracts
• Advise and counsel managers and employees to achieve positive resolution of employee relations issues and support change initiatives
• Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers (>250 employees)
• Manage the on-boarding and exit of new and existing employees
• Organise and control of the yearly evaluation and talent management process, and follow-up with measures if needed
• Participate in the development and optimization of HR processes, collaborate on different HR projects
• Handle warnings and contract terminations
• Update and control Job Descriptions and Organization Charts
• Perform general administrative tasks, correspondence and support the HR Team
• Provide support in internal communication related to HR topics

In addition, you support the Managers in carrying out discussions and solving issues, resolving team conflicts etc. You define and supervise action plans, develop and support solutions, write reports and follow-up when needed. Your suggestions are welcome in topics such as employer branding, employee retention, team building and the constant optimization of HR processes, in order to reach the highest quality standards and employee satisfaction.
