Als Store Medewerker bij Swatch Store adviseer je onze (internationale) klanten bij de aanschaf van hun horloge en sieraden. Als ambassadeur en adviseur van de verschillende merken ben je hét visitekaartje voor onze merken. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van customer services, reparaties en after sales.
Voor jou staat de klant centraal. Door je enthousiasme en charmante manier van klantbenadering weet jij een zeer hoge graad van klanttevredenheid te behalen. Tevreden klanten, dat is waar je het voor doet.

- Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience
- Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
- Keep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)
- Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's
- Ensure the store always looks it’s best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
- Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries

As a member of the Retail Sales Team, you will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills along with technical training on all our watches and services. Plus, your base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky is the limit for motivated and knowledgeable retail sales professionals.
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $22.50/Hrly. (Plus Commission)
Job description
As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.
Starting base pay of $18.70 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
- Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions:
Part-Time, 10 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
