We are seeking an experienced, retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our Swatch Store.  The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales, and delivering customer service skills.

At Swatch we provide our Retail Key holders with the training and support that lays the groundwork for a professional career with real momentum.  As a member of the Retail Sales Team, you will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills along with technical training on all our watches and services.  Plus, your base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky is the limit for motivated and knowledgeable retail sales professionals.

Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $20.50, plus commission

Your mission

As the brand's first ambassador, you will embody the Swatch/Flik-Flak values and guarantee the highest standards of welcome and customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Advice on and sale of products presented in the shop
• Welcoming customers
• Customer acquisition and loyalty
• Advising customers and helping them with their choices
• Replenishing and storing products
• Active participation in team meetings

• Cleaning and tidying the Store if needed

• Assisting colleagues during sales (service, gift-wrapping, etc.)
• Contribute to the achievement of shop objectives
• Compliance with rules and regulations (Dresscode, etc.)

Reporting process:

N + 1: Assistant Store Manager

N + 2: Store Manager

Continuous learning :

• Maintain and improve own knowledge of products and techniques,
• Participation in training sessions,
• Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.

Job type : Part time, permanent contract

HR Generalist will help support the corporate office in Miami, FL as well as approximately 30 retail stores in the US. Serve as a partner to the HR team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase retention. • Talent Development and Succession Planning – implement and manage training and development programs to help employees grow their careers and skills within the company • Partner with HRBP and hiring managers on new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. • Develop, implement and manage recruitment strategies inclusive of finalizing job descriptions, job posting, resume review and screening, interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, and notifying candidate of the hiring decision process. • Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries. Provide guidance and interpretation to employees on policies and procedures. • Track movement across the employee cycle - new hires, transfers, promotions, exits • Responsible for the maintenance of employee files in accordance with all state and federal requirements and ensure documents are tracked and filed in a timely manner. • Assist with the preparation of employment agreements, PRFs, coordinate signature process and ensure protocol • Partner with the payroll and benefits department to track employee leaves, and handle escalated matters • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • All other duties as assigned by Management • This is an onsite in office five days a week. Ideal candidate must be an experienced , energetic and result-driven Retail Manager with a passion for leadership and a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Annual Salary Range: $100 - 105K
