L’Assistant(e) Gérant(e) de Magasin, relevant du Gérant de Magasin, joue un rôle clé dans la gestion de tous les aspects des opérations du magasin. Responsabilités :
- Service à la clientèle & Génération des ventes : Encadrer l’équipe de vente pour améliorer l’expérience client et atteindre les objectifs de ventes, assurer la connaissance des produits et suivre la performance.
- Opérations : Contribuer à la gestion efficace du magasin, respecter les procédures, contrôler les stocks et résoudre les écarts d’inventaire.
- Gestion du personnel : Soutenir le recrutement, le développement et les processus disciplinaires, participer aux évaluations et plans de développement.
- Merchandising visuel : Maintenir les standards de présentation du magasin.
- Autres : Garantir la sécurité au travail et servir de modèle en matière de politiques et procédures.
Conditions de travail :
Le travail exige un effort physique modéré, avec une marche et une station debout prolongées pendant la majorité des quarts. Bien que le risque de blessure soit faible, le poste requiert de soulever, pousser, tirer et tenir (jusqu’à 16 kg et plus avec soutien approprié) des boîtes et des éléments d’aménagement, ainsi qu’une concentration importante lors de la réalisation de tâches administratives, de la gestion de la caisse ou de l’utilisation du système POS.
Statut d’emploi :
Temps plein : en moyenne 40 heures par semaine. Doit maintenir une disponibilité flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise et peut être amené(e) à travailler plus de 40 heures par semaine, y compris certains jours fériés et périodes de forte activité.

As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Humility and Integrity.
Starting base pay of $18.30 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
- Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions:
Part-Time, 10 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
