Responsibilities include:

  • E-Commerce Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day online business operations, including order flow, payment processing, inventory accuracy, and website functionality; implement quality control checks and ensure timely release of orders.
  • Customer Experience & Service Leadership: Manage inbound customer enquiries (email and phone) in English and French across pre-sale, transactional, and post-sale touchpoints; ensure high service standards and efficient resolution of issues related to payments, delivery, returns, and exchanges.

Working Conditions:
