• Accueillir et conseiller chaque client avec bienveillance, professionnalisme et élégance.
• Réaliser les ventes et assurer l’encaissement.
• Gérer l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin ainsi que de la caisse en autonomie.
• Réceptionner et contrôler les produits, mettre en place le merchandising.
• Participer au S.A.V. et effectuer des réparations simples.
• Maintenir une boutique impeccable : rangement, propreté, et mise en rayon.

• Develop and execute PR campaigns that build awareness and credibility with key audiences.
• Shape and refine messaging that reflects brand voice and values.
• Oversee day-to-day work with local PR Managers to ensure aligned, high-quality execution.
• Track and analyze media coverage and campaign performance metrics to report on ROI, draft appropriate responses.
• Coordinate press attendance at global and glocal press events.
• Manage media visits and spokesperson interview opportunities.
• Identify and manage potential reputational risks and contribute to respective communications planning and response.
• Partner with internal teams to identify and amplify compelling product and brand stories.
• Oversee PR budgets and external partner relationships, where applicable.

• Susciter l’enthousiasme des clients autour de nos produits et leur histoire en partageant vos connaissances Swatch ;
• Accueillir la clientèle avec une attitude agréable, avenante et polie ;
• Vendre et encaisser les produits ;
• Ouvrir et fermer la caisse et le magasin en autonomie ;
• Réceptionner et vérifier les produits (mise en place du merchandising) ;
• Participer à l'exécution du S.A.V. et des petites réparations ;
• Assurer la bonne tenue du magasin (nettoyage, rangement et mise en rayon).

As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $18.30 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.

Working Conditions:

Part-Time, 10 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

• Entgegennahme von Lieferungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Warenbewirtschaftung

Hourly Rate:  $19.50 - $21.50/Hrly. (Plus Commission)

As a member of the Retail Sales Team, you will be coached on sales techniques and customer service skills along with technical training on all our watches and services. Plus, your base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky is the limit for motivated and knowledgeable retail sales professionals.
