My personalized Swatch X You watch is damaged or not working. Can I exchange it for another design?

If your watch is still under warranty, we can only suggest that you replace your watch with the exact same Swatch X You. Please bring your watch to a Swatch retail store or send it directly to a service center with a copy of the delivery note. Please remember to take or send a copy of the delivery note enclosed with the watch.

Can I return my personalized Swatch X You watch if I don’t like it?

No, returns for these products are excluded unless there is a quality issue. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.

I received a personalized Swatch X You watch as a gift, but I don’t like it. Can I exchange it?

No, unfortunately you cannot return personalized Swatch X You watches.

Can I upload my own picture?

No, it is not possible to upload your own design.

I can’t find the design I printed on my Swatch X You watch. How can I get the same design?

As part of the Swatch X You concept, we limit the availability of designs and update them regularly. If the design artwork is no longer available, it cannot be used to design a new watch. We can reproduce previous designs only for warranty claims.

I have noticed discrepancies in terms of the colors and position of the clock between what I configured online and what the clock actually looks like. What can I do?

Because there are different devices and screen resolutions, there may be slight color or design discrepancies between the online configurator and the watch you receive. We consider these slight variations to be a normal part of the online personalization process.
However, if you have any issues with the quality of the print (e.g. blurry colors, scratches, marks, etc.), please follow the procedure mentioned above for a damaged watch.

Why does it take longer to ship a personalized Swatch X You watch? What happens if I have a normal Swatch watch and a personalized watch in one order?

We estimate a maximum of three additional days for the production process of a personalized Swatch X You watch.
In addition to these three days, you should expect the normal order processing time and delivery time, depending on your choice of shipping method. If you order a normal watch together with a personalized Swatch X You watch, both will be shipped together.
