Refine and perfect
Once you are happy with the design, its time to add the finishing touches.
Decide on whether to add indexes, choose the color of the mechanism and see your vision complete in all its glory.

Once you love what you see, just add it to your cart and check out. And just like that you've got a one-of-a-kind watch designed by you…with a little help from AI-DADA!

Do I need design experience?
Not at all. All you need is your imagination and with AI-DADA as your design partner, bringing your idea to life, whether it’s a sleek minimalist concept or a more intricate design for a Swatch watch, it is just a prompt away.
How does AI-DADA maintain the Swatch brand identity in personalized designs?
AI-DADA has been trained on more than 40 years of Swatch creations to keep each generated design aligned with the brand’s identity, vivid aesthetics and creative principles.
How many times can I use the tool?
Each user gets 3 prompts per day. Every prompt is a new opportunity to create something completely original.
What type of watch models can I create?
Currently, with AI-DADA fans can create NEW GENT models.
Can I change my design before I buy?
Absolutely. If you have enough prompts left, you can create a new design.
What if I don’t like what AI makes?
If you have prompts left, you’ll be able to create a new design.
How much will the watch cost?
Watches generated with AI-DADA will cost CHF 170 incl. VAT. Prices may vary depending on the markets and the currencies effect.
When can I expect to receive my watch once I have ordered it?
Your watch will be shipped using our standard delivery process and timeline.
Can I create a SwatchPAY! watch with AI-DADA?
No, you cannot create a SwatchPAY! watch.
What is the number on the back of my watch?
Each watch created with AI-DADA is marked with a “1/1” to signify its unique, one-of-a-kind status.
Can someone else create the same design as me?
That is highly improbable as the design depends on the prompt. Even if the same prompt is used a second time, the result will be different.
Can someone else create a watch using my design?
Your design is the output of your prompt on your device. Please check Terms of Use for more information.
Does Swatch store my design/have a record of it?
Yes, in accordance with the agreement accepted prior to using AI-DADA.
I lost my watch. Can I reorder my design?
It is not possible to reorder the design. However, we may be able to share the prompt used so it can be used to generate a new design using Al-DADA. Please contact the Swatch Customer Care team.
