Making history, one trick at a time
Sky fell in love with skateboarding at age 2, thanks to her dad. By 10, she turned pro as the world’s youngest professional skateboarder. Following her strong debut at the Olympic Summer Games in Tokyo in 2020, she returned to the Olympic podium at Paris 2024. With two X Games golds, five World Skate titles, and standout results in two World Surf Qualifying Series competitions, Sky is fast becoming an icon.

When Sky’s not training, she’s dancing, enjoying her favorite Japanese candy Puchao, or traveling. Her favorite spot? Florianópolis, Brazil, where skate and surf culture collide. For Sky, every moment is an opportunity to be better than the last.

For Sky, time is an opportunity, a gift, and a balance. She works hard to balance training and rest to give her best every day. How she spends her time is her commitment to herself and her goals. Sky loves to dance and even won Dancing with the Stars: Juniors! With a Japanese mother and a British father, she has a rich dual heritage that shapes their identity and approach to sport.
