From Birrarung Marr's flowing lines to emu and kangaroo tracks, Bayley Mifsud’s design blends ancestral symbolism with rich storytelling, capturing the beauty of Melbourne, or Naarm, meaning “place” in the language of the Woiwurrung people of the Kulin Nation. TIRRIKE is named after the artist’s sister, whose Aboriginal name means “happiness”, a feeling beautifully reflected in its vibrant design.

Created by local artist Phannapast, THE WANDERER draws inspiration from the Thai tradition of carrying protective amulets. Hanuman, known for his protective nature and unwavering loyalty, is at the heart of the design. Surrounded by celestial bodies artistically rendered using the traditional Prajam Yam motif, this vibrant timepiece almost doubles as a talisman against negative energy.
