Your Swatch Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

- For physical gift cards, the expiry date is printed directly on the card and also appears on your receipt.

- For digital gift cards, the expiry date is included in the confirmation email and on the attached PDF. You can also check it on the dedicated gift card webpage.

Please note: Any remaining balance after the expiry date cannot be refunded.

You can check your gift card balance on the Swatch landing page by entering your card number and PIN.

- For physical gift cards, both numbers are printed on the back of the card.
- For digital gift cards, you’ll find the card number and PIN in the gift card email.

Be sure to enter the numbers without spaces or dashes.

Absolutely! Swatch and Flik Flak gift cards are accepted across both brands.

You can use up to 3 gift cards per purchase, both online and in-store.

If your gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using any accepted payment method accepted in-store or with any payment method accepted on the website (credit card, debit card or PayPal).

Good news: Any unused balance on your gift card stays available for future purchases both online and in-store.

If your gift card is not working, you should contact the Swatch Customer Care Team who will be happy to solve your problem as efficiently as possible.

There are two types of gift cards: Physical gift cards you can buy in Swatch stores and digital gift cards you can purchase in the online shop. Each brand, Swatch and Flik Flak, has its own unique card design, but both types can be redeemed across either brand.

For digital gift cards, the amounts are fixed:
- Swatch: £50, £100, £150, £250, and £350.
- Flik Flak: £20, £40, £50, and £60.
For physical gift cards, the values are flexible, and you can choose any value between £1 and £400.

In-store purchases: You can pay for your gift card using any payment method accepted at the Swatch store where you make your purchase.

Online purchases: You can pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Please note that Klarna is not available for gift card purchases.

Yes, both physical and digital Swatch or Flik Flak gift cards can be personalized.
Physical cards include space for "FROM," "TO," and a personal message on the card holder.
For digital gift cards, you can enter the sender's and recipient's names ("FROM" and "TO") and include a personal message of up to 250 characters. This message will appear in the email used to deliver the card.

You can buy Swatch and Flik Flak physical gift cards in our official Swatch stores.

Yes, you just need the recipient’s valid email address, and the gift card will be sent to them directly.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with the invoice.

No, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card and can be used for future purchases.

No, gift cards cannot be topped up.

If your gift card is lost, please contact our Swatch Customer Care Team as soon as possible to request a block. Swatch does not refund lost, stolen or broken cards.

No, this is not possible.

No problem! If your order was cancelled, the amount paid with your gift card will be refunded to you on a new gift card.
