Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our store. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

 

Salary Range: $65 - 70K

 

Ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, as well as Keyholder background. This position must possess exceptional customer service skills and a demeaner that embodies a great sense of approachability.  Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team 

 

 

Main responsibilities will include:

• Project management for the implementation of shop-in-shop and store renovations.
• Act as a liaison between the architects (Store Designers and local architect) and general contractor to communicate effectively and responsibly, as the main point of contact, among all parties involved.
• Local site visits (location check, surroundings, surveys, clarification of local infrastructure, ect.)
• General time management, striving to keep the project on schedule per predetermined dates.
• Monitor work progress with regular site visits.
• Overall quality management.
• Must be able to negotiate with vendors, GCs, and architects.
• Cost management, striving to keep the project within the established budget.
• Calculation / offer for SIS renovations.
• Order Confirmation / Material Order / Organization of deliveries.
• Responsibility and management of the retail budget; cost control / accounting / reinvoicing to clients.
• Annual final accounts / provisions.
• Maintenance of SIS and stores: organization of replacement material and or suppliers for repairs.
