  • Lead and shape Swatch’s global social media strategy, aligning it with the brand’s digital marketing goals and long-term vision.
  • Manage and mentor the social media team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and collaboration.
  • Oversee Swatch’s organic presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, WeChat, Weibo, and more.
  • Develop and own content strategies, working closely with internal teams to deliver engaging, on-brand content across channels.
  • Plan and maintain a global social media editorial calendar, coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure timely and impactful storytelling.
  • Create and lead global campaign concepts and activations that engage our communities and elevate brand visibility.
  • Define and maintain Swatch’s tone of voice across all social media touchpoints, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Supervise daily operations, from sourcing content and managing approvals to executing campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with international subsidiaries and agents, providing guidance, best practices, and support for localized content execution.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and social media partners, ensuring delivery quality and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor online conversations using social listening tools, identifying trends, community feedback, and emerging opportunities.
