Swatch Beach Pro Gstaad 2023 is ready to serve up world-class beach volleyball

Swatch continues its longstanding tradition of supporting the Swatch Beach Pro Gstaad 2023, which will be held July 5-9, 2023, at the idyllic Alpine village nestled in the Bernese Alps. As the title sponsor, Swatch will put its unique spin on the event blending the team spirit of beach volleyball with the adrenaline-fueled energy of action sports and fun activities for the public.

Swatch Beach Pro Gstaad is one of the most prestigious beach volleyball tournaments in the world, and an important stop for athletes on their quest for the 2024 Olympic Games. It brings the top beach volleyball athletes together at 1,050 meters above sea level for an exciting showcase of talent, technique and thrilling rallies.

Joining the beach volleyball extravaganza are Swatch Proteam athletes Nina Brunner and Tanja Hüberli, who will be among the elite caliber athletes competing on the sand. Various Proteam peers will be on hand to cheer the dynamic duo on and add an extra dash of fun and excitement to the event. Spectators should expect amazing BMX demonstrations by nine-time world champion BMX flatlander Matthias Dandois and a special musical performance by the multi-talented Pat Burgener. Professional freestyle longboarder Lotfi Lamaali, will also be joining the team for signing sessions with fans.

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere is the Swatch Truck, decked out in the colors of the newly launched Swatch NEON Collection. Here, spectators can explore the new collection including the watch designed for this year’s event which is equipped with SwatchPAY!, giving the wearer the freedom to make secure payments with a simple wave of their wrist. The truck has been fitted with screens to ensure those in the Beach Village don’t miss a moment of the tournament action. In line with Swatch’s innovative spirit, “It’s Swatch PAY! Time!” will be a feature of the event, giving fans a chance to play games and win prizes.
