Sales Responsibilities
• Sales Target. Reach and exceed your sales goals by using different sales tactics like upselling and cross-selling. Keep store in charge informed of sales performance on daily basis. Work in tandem with Store in Charge to push for sales & work closely with team members on pushing for sales.
• Product Launches and Special Events. Support & assist the store in charge to prepare the store for product launches and special events.
• In-store Promotion. Support & assist store in charge to ensure that the store is ready to carry out any promotional activities.
Customer Service
• Service Quality. Observe and engage customers in the culture of the SWATCH brand. Use product knowledge and selection recommendation to provide exceptional service.
• Mystery Shopper. Ensure criteria of SWATCH mystery shopping program has been achieved.
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Engagement. Engage and maintain good customer relationship with regular customers.
Teamwork
• Teamwork. Work closely with the Store in Charge & team members in the store to achieve sales and service targets.
• Day to Day Operations. Assist Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store & manage the day to day operations. Take responsilbility when Store in Charge is not on duty.
Inventory Accountability
• Stock Check. Receive stocks and ensure stocks are entered correctly in the system within stipulated timeline. Perform daily stock take according to guidelines and inform Store in charge immediately for any discrepancy. Observe and follow company’s guidelines on stock control and documentation.
• Inventory Management. Monitor stock level according to sales together with Store in Charge. Propose orders to Store in Charge if stocks are needed. Upon approval, make requisition through email to the Person in-charge.
Store Maintenance
• Store Maintenance. Ensure display are in accordance to HQ guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of sales floor and storage area.
Others.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as and when required by the Management.
Job description
We are seeking an Marketing Manager at the Singapore office to be leading for the full spectrum of A & P, Public Relations activities and events for the brand, both wholesales & retail inclusive, for Singapore & market/s assigned. You will work closely with HQ Marketing, Visual Merchandising team and the Swatch Singapore team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Marketing Budget Management
Control, monitor, update and file marketing expenses/budget based on Brand and company guidelines.
Assist the Brand head in setting, monitoring the budget via a standardised & well coordinated system.
Analyse each ROI, respects quotation policies & obtain approval from Management for any deviation of the guidelines.
Marketing Plan & Execution
Collaborate and propose Marketing activities across all channels, including communication and media mix.
Coordinate to ensure successful implementation of launches for product/events/promotional campaign.
Assist the plan and organize for projects such as SIS opening, boutique opening, roadshows, events and incentive trips.
Plan and execute 3rd party Marketing collaborations so as to build brand awareness with malls, banks and media.
Plan and execute effective Public Relations Strategies to ensure regular exposures within medias in Singapore and maintain good relationship with different medias stakeholders and send out product/brand updates to all medias on a monthly basis for new products and timely for brand events/campaigns.
Retail Marketing
Collaborate and manage Retail Marketing activities for boutiques and wholesales that includes retail promotion and staff/retailer incentives with wholesales team and retail operation team.
Plan and develop retail marketing tools and be involved in the CRM campaigns.
Supervise maintenance of CRM program & ensure PDPA compliance.
Reporting & Support
Develop insights that lead to the brand or customer opportunities, leverage your intelligence insights to leave a distinctive mark on our business, driving our growth and provide updates to the team including the competitor activities.
Tracking of Brand competitors activates to maintain and be ahead of the competition.
Support all the required system processes and documentation on the marketing expenses including SAP, HQ and local Reports Submission & etc.
Support adhoc assignment as required or any other relevant tasks as & when required.
