All goods sold are not refundable for cash. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item if the item is a defect. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We will try to attend to all return request(s) as soon as practically possible.
a. Faulty Products
- We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge as appropriate, please email us to discuss on the return options within seven (7) working days of receipt of the product.
- In these circumstances we will arrange for collection and delivery of the replaced product from/to your desired address.
- For help with items later than 7 days after your initial purchase please e-mail us to discuss your options, subject to our discretion and if such options are permitted under the relevant laws or legislations of Singapore.
b. Returning Defective/ Faulty/ Incorrect Products
- Please contact us by email to inform us of your wish to return the Product(s) with the completed RETURN REQUEST FORM.
Please note that you will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
