Meet Japan’s beloved graphic artist, VERDY
VERDY stands out as one of Japan’s most celebrated artists, recognized for his distinctive illustrations and graphic work in Tokyo’s street scene. He’s best known for his iconic panda-rabbit character Vick and his unique monster character Visty. VERDY is also the mind behind street labels like Girls Don’t Cry and Wasted Youth, which have solidified his status as a pivotal figure in streetwear and fashion.
Since 2018, VERDY has ventured into painting and sculpture, showcasing his versatility. The Osaka-born graphic artist has worked with some of the world’s leading names in the film, sports, streetwear, and luxury fashion industries.
